Hallo meine Lieben, 🌸
bei uns in der WG werden zwei Zimmer frei. Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich ziehen zum 01.08.2024 aus und suchen daher baldmöglichst einen Nachmieter.
Es wohnt Maxim (23) in der Wohnung (Hauptmieter), mit zwei zuckersüßen Katzen. Falls ihr Haustiere mitbringen möchtet, wäre das kein Problem.
Er macht seine Ausbildung zum Landschaftsgärtner. Er kocht sehr gerne, ist für Spieleabende oder sonstige Aktivitäten offen.
Info‘s zu der Wohnung:
In Kaltental (U-Bahn Haltestelle: Engelboldstraße),
Beide Zimmer sind: ca. 22qm2 groß.
Die gesamte Wohnung kommt auf eine größe von 110qm2.
Die Wohnung hat ebenfalls einen 1000qm2 Garten, der gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann.
Eine S-Bahn anbindung gibt es in ca. 12 min. Laufweg entfernung. (Österfeld).
Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
