The apartment is located in Kaltental approx. 20 minutes walk from the University of Vaihingen or the University of Media. The S-Bahn station Österfeld can be reached in 15 minutes and the Kaltental underground station 12 minutes. If you drive to university by train and bus, it takes about 30 minutes.
There are also e-rollers everywhere and also by bike you can drive the routes well. So you have a very good connection in all directions. For shopping it is also not far to Vaihingen or in Heslach there is a large aldi. There is also a baker in the street and a small fruit and vegetable market on Saturdays.
Around the apartment is a lot of green, which gives you beautiful possibilities to walk.
In the street itself you can park everywhere for free.

Die Wohnung liegt in Kaltental ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Uni Vaihingen oder der Hochschule der Medien entfernt. Die S-Bahn Station Österfeld erreicht man in 15 Minuten und zur U-Bahn-Station Kaltental 12 Minuten. Wenn man mit Bahn und Bus zur Uni fährt dauert es circa 30 Minuten.
Es stehen außerdem überall E-Roller und auch mit dem Fahrrad kann man die Strecken gut fahren. Man hat also eine sehr gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Zum Einkaufen ist es nach Vaihingen ebenfalls nicht weit oder in Heslach gibt es einen großen Aldi. In der Straße gibt es außerdem einen Bäcker sowie Samstags einen kleinen Obst- und Gemüsemarkt.
Um die Wohnung herum ist viel Grün wodurch es schöne Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren gibt.
In der Straße selbst kann man überall kostenlos parken.

The WG life is very harmonious. Sarah and I are both studying information design in the 5th semester. We often eat or cook together (vegan and vegetarian) and so we sometimes do something together. Sarah is creative, likes to build Lego or read. At flea markets, cinema or even a drink (in a sweet café or bar), she is always there. Also on indie parties or secret concerts we like to go together.
But the motto also applies here: everything can, nothing has to. If you want to have your rest, that's all right. Sarah is sometimes in Karlsruhe, then you even have the apartment for yourself.
Prerequisite is only a basic cleanliness and that you do not smoke. Everything else can be discussed.

Das WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch. Sarah und ich studieren beide Informationsdesign im 5. Semester. Wir essen oder kochen oft zusammen (vegan und vegetarisch) und auch so unternehmen wir manchmal etwas zusammen. Sarah ist kreativ, baut gerne Lego oder liest gerne. Bei Flohmärkten, Kino oder mal was trinken gehen (in ein süßes Café oder eine Bar) ist sie eigentlich immer dabei. Auch auf Indie-Partys oder Geheimkonzerte gehen wir gerne zusammen.
Aber auch hier gilt das Motto: alles kann, nichts muss. Wenn du deine Ruhe haben möchtest ist das auch völlig in Ordnung. Sarah ist auch manchmal in Karlsruhe, dann hast du die Wohnung sogar für dich alleine.
Voraussetzung ist nur eine grundlegende Sauberkeit und dass du nicht rauchst. Alles andere kann man gerne besprechen.

I'm probably in Norway from 9 August to 20 December. The intake and withdrawal times are however flexible. It is also possible to rent the room for a shorter period only.
The rent is 475€ hot, with 28€ Wi-Fi and 42.50€ electricity. If you wouldn't take the apartment because of the price, we can talk about it in case of emergency.

Ich bin vermutlich vom 9. August bis 20. Dezember in Norwegen. Die Einzugs- und Auszugszeiten sind aber flexibel. Es ist auch möglich, das Zimmer nur für einen kürzeren Zeitraum zu mieten.
Die Miete beträgt 475€ warm, dazu kommen noch 28€ WLAN und 42,50€ Strom. Wenn du die Wohnung nur wegen dem Preis nicht nehmen würdest, können wir hier im Notfall auch drüber reden.
