Hello together,
Since a room has now become free in our cozy 5 WG in the Kernerviertel, we are looking for a loose and open-minded female person who likes to have a socialized WG.
The small but fine room has around 12 m2, but can be practically furnished with a little skill!
There is a large kitchen where you can cook well and also sit comfortably together. The apartment has been recently renovated, so it is in a modern state and as we have 2 well equipped bathrooms, there is no jam in the morning and you can make yourself fresh in the bathroom without disturbing.

Da in unserer gemütlichen 5er WG im Kernerviertel nun ein Zimmer frei geworden ist, sind wir auf der Suche nach einer lockeren und aufgeschlossenen weiblichen Person, die Lust auf eine gesellige WG hat.
Das kleine aber feine Zimmer hat um die 12 m², kann aber mit ein wenig Geschick praktisch eingerichtet werden!
Es gibt eine große Wohnküche, in der man gut kochen und zudem auch gemütlich zusammen sitzen kann. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert, ist daher in einem modernen Zustand und da wir 2 gut ausgestattete Bäder haben, entsteht am Morgen auch kein Stau und du kannst dich ungestört im Bad frisch machen.
The connection is very good, right in front of the door is the stop Friedensstraße (42 bus) and the metro stop Neckartor is 5 minutes walk away. The main railway station is also easily accessible on foot (12-15min). The nearest supermarket is about 7 minutes walk away. In addition, there are some good snacks nearby, where you can also get something delicious.
Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, direkt vor der Haustür ist die Haltestelle Friedensstraße (42er Bus) und die U-Bahn Haltestelle Neckartor befindet sich 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem ist der Hauptbahnhof gut zu Fuß erreichbar (12-15min). Der nächste Supermarkt ist ungefähr 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zudem gibt es in der Nähe ein paar gute Imbisse, wo man sich auch mal was Leckeres holen kann.
Together you would live with Rize (26), she makes an education as an educator and likes sports, with Mayz (35), who has completed his media economic study at HdM and is videograph and musician, with Johannes (22), who has just begun his architecture studies and loves American Foodball (and soon fitness) and finally Aron (20), our skater of applied mathematics at HFT.
In the evening, we cook together again and again, watch a movie together or go out on weekends for a drink or a party.
It is important to us that you are immersed in the WG life, the desire to actively shape and open the WG life as we do not consider ourselves a purpose WG.
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Rize (26), sie macht eine Ausbildung zur Erzieherin und mag gern Sport, mit Mayz (35), der sein Medienwirtschafts-Studium an der HdM abgeschlossen hat und Videograph und Musiker ist, mit Johannes (22), der gerade mit seinem Architektur Studium begonnen hat und American Foodball liebt (und bald Fitness) und schließlich Aron (20), unser Skater der angewandte Mathematik an der HFT studiert.
Abends kochen wir hin und wieder miteinander, gucken mal einen Film zusammen oder gehen bei Gelegenheit am Wochenende gerne zusammen was trinken oder feiern.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass du dich in das WG-Leben einbringst, Lust hast das WG-Leben aktiv mitzugestalten und aufgeschlossen bist, da wir uns nicht als eine Zweck-WG betrachten.
