Hello together,
Unfortunately, a roommate leaves our great WG in Stuttgart and his room will be free.
The 25 sqm room has a large window, as well as a small balcony to the south side. This means the sun of the morning for you until it goes down. The room is optimally cut and has a laminate floor.
You will find a WG with any features.
The apartment is very spacious with a kitchen, communal living and dining room, hallway, bathroom with daylight, as well as further separate toilet with daylight. There is a dishwasher and a new washing machine.
In the room there is still a large closet wall (combined wardrobe with shelf), a "designer" desk, as well as a bed (160 x 200), see pictures. If possible, they should be taken over by the pre-renter against a proceeding (~500€).
The rent is at all costs 575€ hot (incl. Internet, water, heating, electricity ...). The deposit is 1150€.
The 16th is the earliest possible arrival date. January (But we are relatively flexible).
The apartment is located in the beautiful Lehenviertel in the south of Stuttgart, just 10 minutes walk from Marienplatz. There you can find everything from sweet cafes, bars, shopping facilities such as Rewe and DM and a subway connection. In the city centre you need about 20 minutes walk. There is also a bus stop “Zellerstraße” 2 minutes from the apartment. Also small parks with table tennis boards are located directly in the vicinity with some great views over Stuttgart! Despite central location, it is a very quiet environment.
Lastly the most important, the WG life. Laura (27, doctor), Alina (26, nurse) and Jens (32, mathematician). I would describe our coexistence as very harmonious. You will be happy to do something together from time to time, whether you are cooking together, going out, drinking a wine or beer and talking or simply enjoying the sun on the balcony.
Of course, everyone also has enough space for themselves 😊
