The apartment is located on the third floor.
The room has 24 square meters and a high ceiling height typical for old buildings and a wooden floor.
Information about our free room:

- Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron for free use
The room shown in the pictures is an example room, but corresponds to the usual furnishing with bed, wardrobe, two desks. Own furniture may be brought, but must be taken after the extract.
Within a minute walk you will be at the metro stop "Dobelstraße".
The convenient central location of the house allows it within 5 min. Walking distance to visit several shopping opportunities, as well as everyday shops.
Within 7 minutes you can take the metro at the main station. This route covers the important stations "Charlottenplatz" and "Schlossplatz"
We are students from various faculties of the University of Stuttgart and other Stuttgart universities.
We don't get too short of sociality.
We often do something together, how to celebrate together or go and cook food.
We often sit together in the evening and talk about many different topics that are currently happening in the world, or even about their own interests that are shared with other roommates.
It would be great if you were powerful to the German language, because it would make life easier.
Our rental contracts are maximum limited to one semester. It may well happen if living together works well, that the rental contract can be extended for further months.
We prefer to look for people in the internship semester or persons who need a room at times.
