In our 4-WG in the heart of Stuttgart, a room is released from 01.03. The reason for this is that it is a roommate who wants to study in Innsbruck.
Our apartment with a total of 135sqm is located on the 1st floor of a 5-room house. The classic Stuttgart old building with its high ceilings and the south orientation gives a great brightness. The apartment has 5 rooms, one of which serves as a living room. Here you can reach our wonderful balcony (see pictures), the highlight of the apartment and the spot where we really stay the most. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher is also part of the apartment as well as a bathroom with two sinks and separate toilet.
The apartment also includes a large basement compartment. The landlord optionally also offers a car parking space directly in the backyard of the house against a monthly rent.
For bed, wardrobe and curtains (only half a year old) a detachment of 700€ will be due.
We are in the pulsating heart of Stuttgart with everything that belongs to it. In 8 min you are at the S-Bahn station Stadtmitte, in 1 min at the underground station Austrian Square and in 4 min at the underground station Town Hall. Due to the central location you have several shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and everything that belongs to the absolute dream location.
If you are moving in with us, you will be able to walk in the quietest position in the centre of Stuttgart. Various bars and restaurants can be reached in just a few seconds, but we don't have anything to do with this. The reason for this is a dead end on the one side of the house and a little driven one-way street on the other side, where the balcony is located.
Paul, Ana and Jan live in the WG. All three work, but are still a lot on the go, drink this one or other beer and do something together. Every week, one is clean so that the WG remains clean. In summary we are to have for every fun!
In the specified rental cost of 655€ everything is in it (WLAN, electricity, insurance). There is the possibility to rent a parking space in the courtyard. The parking space would cost an additional 80€.
We also have a basement that can be really cool with a little work and would then be great for being with friends.
