The room is bright and about 24 m2. It even has its own walkable wardrobe. The floor is relocated and the walls are painted freshly white.

In the apartment there is a fitted kitchen with electric appliances and dishes.

There is also a basement compartment. There is also a parking space that makes life even more comfortable in our WG.

The apartment is in a fantastic central location. You can easily reach the main train station and Schlossgarten within a 7-minute walk. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and a wide selection of döner, pizza, and burger places nearby.
