Zusätzlich zu der Warmmiete kommen noch 100€ für Kosten wie Strom, GEZ, Wlan etc. die wir selber aus unserer WG-Kasse zahlen müssen.
Das Zimmer wird weitgehend unmöbliert vermietet, aber das können wir ja dann besprechen, wenn du vorbei kommst.
Unsere Wohnung ist weitgehend ausgestattet, je nach dem wie viel nach dem Auszug unserer Mitbewohner:innen noch übrig bleibt. Wir haben auf jeden Fall eine Spül- und Waschmaschine. Solltest du noch was cooles haben, was du mitbringen möchtest, ist das gern willkommen :)
Im Keller des Hauses können Fährräder abgestellt werden und mit Bewohnerausweis kann man auch in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Haus parken.
Ein kleines Highlight der Wohnung ist der Balkon auf dem man im Sommer gut frühstücken und lange Abende genießen kann.
