- Our rental contracts are limited to 1 year

- Sports and fitness room with power machine, table tennis table, weight bench, etc.
- Large room (for events or relaxation room for learning)

Cottage:
- A cottage with 24 sleeping places, large communal area and large estate near Kirchheim Teck is also part of the house. It is reachable by car or train in 1-2h and invites you to relax, hike and celebrate.
To maintain our common rooms (bathrooms, kitchen, living room, etc.) comes once a week a cleaning specialist. Your warm rental covers this, as well as the required equipment (located paper, etc.). So you are full of care :)
The room shown in the pictures is an example room, but corresponds to the usual furnishing with bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk. Own furniture must not be brought along to protect the house – but it is not necessary.

Our house is located on the Bopser, below the TV tower, in the immediate vicinity of the Weißenburgpark with its teahouse and the famous viewing platform. The tram and the Bopser forest are about a five-minute walk away.
The large plot of land belonging to the house invites you to a cozy coexistence.
Super quiet location and yet in a few minutes in the center of Stuttgart.
