Since our roommate unfortunately leaves, we are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful 3 WG at the Rotebühlplatz. On about 143 square meters we have a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with bar table, a large daylight bathroom with two sinks, toilet, shower, extra bathtub and once more an extra toilet, as well as a small extra room with space to park. Your room has about 21 square meters, so it offers enough space, even if you will work for example in the Home Office.
And in the large living room with sofa-landscape, bar, beamer, TV and the two roommates you are best off anyway;-)
P.S. there is a way to have the room also mobilized! (bed, closets, desk available)
Our WG is located 100 meters from the S-Bahn station "Stadtmitte/Rotebühlplatz/Gerber" and 300 meters from the Königsstraße. All S-Bahn trains S1-S6 and the city railways U2, U4, U11 and U14 depart directly outside the door. The main railway station is only one S-Bahn station. Without change you will come to Vaihingen, Esslingen, Leinfelden, Untertürkheim, Böblingen, Waiblingen, Ditzingen - in short: ÖPNV- und Freizeit eligible :-)
We are a fun and uncomplicated team of professionals who combine food, drink and friends. From time to time we try to cook together - new inputs are also welcome here, but no duty! Living room and kitchen form our common food point. Here is eaten or one or other glass of wine is drunk. As we currently feel very comfortable in a women's constellation, we would be very happy to have a new roommate.
The one-off payment of 600 EUR is by the way for washing machine, living room equipment and kitchen utensils - Of course you can At some point, you'll ask for this again from your renter...
