Hello!
since our roommate Julia will leave us to 01.02.2025 to join her friend, we are now looking for an increase in our beautiful 4-room apartment in Stuttgart Mitte. The room is the largest in the WG with 18 square meters and very bright.
The WG was founded six years ago. Before that the apartment was completely renovated. As a result, all device objects are still in very good condition.
Our jewel is definitely the huge living room with bay and view into the green (!).
The bathroom is large and modern (square shower, 2 washbasin and bathtub). The kitchen is incl. dishwasher and was also reinstalled six years ago. In addition, there is a small storage or Storage chamber in which the washing machine and storage shelves are located.
We live very centrally at the Dobelstraße stop (in 2nd row, protected from noise). From there you can take any train to get to Charlottenplatz (the tracks are about every 3 minutes). On foot it is about 13 minutes to the castle square (if you like to stroll around 17, if you like to run the trebles, then 10). The next shopping option is also very close to Olgaeck (EDEKA, Lidl).
Our house is free and surrounded by greenery. We can also use the terrace in front of the house with garden furniture in summer. Parking is difficult as everywhere in Stuttgart, but if you're ready to run a piece, you'll always find something.
In the WG remain Andi and I (Laura). Andi is 26 years old and works in the fashion industry. I'm 32 years old and working as a doctor. We do not stick to each other, but still like to sit together at night, cook or drink a wine. In addition, we try to do something together again and again, for example, to make sports, to go party or small specials such as Christmas market or even a (cater) walk. That's why we're looking for someone who has a little bit of community! To you: as we become so slow and sedentary, you should also be at least 25 years old and professional. A certain preference for Trash-TV formats cannot harm, but is not a must.
Whether a woman or a man does not matter to us, it just has to fit:)
In the house, apart from us, there are 3 students (WG in the attic) and 2. OG our landlord, who is always happy to be in place with small problems!
Since we have completely re-established over time, you would have to pay Julia for their share (280 euros).
