The location is perfect - the Sbahn as well as Ubahn Stadtmitte/Rotebühlplatz is 5 min walk, the Ubahn stop Österreichischer Platz even 2 min.

In front of the door is practically everything you need: the gerber has an Aldi, Edeka, Dm and Bioladen. There's a baker in front of the house.
The side street has a number of cafés and restaurants to eat.

On foot, every shopping street and bar is practically all around the corner. :

If you need a parking space for a car, you can also take it from the pre-rent for a monthly 70€ in the yard of our house.

Die Lage ist perfekt - die Sbahn sowie Ubahn Stadtmitte/Rotebühlplatz ist 5 min zu Fuß, die Ubahn Haltestelle Österreichischer Platz sogar nur 2 min.

Vor der Tür ist praktisch alles, was man benötigt: das gerber hat einen Aldi, Edeka, Dm und Bioladen. Gegenüber vom Haus ist ein Bäcker.
Die Seitenstraße hat lauter unterschiedliche Cafés und Restaurants zum Essen.

Zu Fuß ist jede Einkaufsstraße und jede Bar praktisch ums Eck. :)

Wer einen Stellplatz für ein Auto benötigt, kann diesen von der Vormieterin für monatlich 70€ im Hof unseres Hauses ebenfalls übernehmen.

The WG life is simple and relaxed. We are not a purpose WG but also not bound to each other in our everyday life. We are happy to cook, eat and talk in our cozy kitchen.

S. (w,33) is in her last Studi section and works next to it and is therefore super diligent. She has lived in wg since the end of 2019 and has moved from Würzburg to Stuttgart. She practically knows everything - and so far had a solution in WG life for everything. Living together with her is an enrichment for each chaot :)

J., (m,30) has just made his master in urban planning at Hft Stuttgart and has traveled since spring before entering the career. He is the serenity in person and probably the most circumventing person in the world - if he doesn't play a little guitar in his room, you can find him otherwise on a beer in the city. His room is therefore currently inhabited by Leonie, which is just about to begin your doctorate - until June she is happy with us in the wg.

First and foremost, a person matching the WG is sought. J & S are both quiet people who feel the wg at home and as a place of arrival: a relaxed ambience is preferred here - a lot of society and party does not take place here: and when it comes over, everything has in a few minutes before the door

Das WG Leben ist unkompliziert und entspannt. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG aber auch nicht in unserem Alltag einander gebunden. Gern kochen, essen und quatschen wir in unserer gemütlichen Küche.

S. (w,33) ist in ihrem letzten Studi-Abschnitt und arbeitet nebenher und ist somit super fleißig. Sie lebt seit Ende 2019 in der wg und ist von Würzburg nach Stuttgart gezogen. Sie weiß praktisch alles - und hatte bisher im WG-Leben für wirklich alles eine Lösung. Das Zusammenleben mit ihr ist für jede/n Chaot/in eine Bereicherung :)

J., (m,30) hat gerade seinen Master in der Stadtplanung an der Hft Stuttgart gemacht und ist seit dem Frühjahr erstmal am reisen, bevor es in den Berufseinstieg geht. Er ist die Gelassenheit in Person und wohl der umgänglichste Mensch der Welt - wenn er nicht gerade in seinem Zimmer ein wenig Gitarre spielt, findet man ihn ansonsten auf ein Bier in der Stadt. Aktuell ist sein Zimmer daher von Leonie bewohnt, die gerade kurz vor Ihrem Promotionsbeginn steht - bis Juni beglückt sie uns in der wg.

Gesucht wird in erster Linie eine Person, die zur WG passt. J & S sind beide ruhige Menschen, die die wg als zuhause und als Ort des Ankommens empfinden: ein entspanntes Ambiente wird hier vorgezogen- viel Gesellschaft und Party findet hier nicht statt: und wenn’s doch mal überkommt, hats alles in wenigen Minuten vor der Tür. :)

The WG has a relaxed cleaning plan - but it is maintained.

We are not a party WG - the WG life is rather calm and relaxed. Since virtually every club is in front of the front door, this preference for us is rather outside the WG. :

A deposit is to be paid to the pre-rent (- height is communicated).

Die WG hat einen entspannten Putzplan - der wird allerdings eingehalten.

Wir sind keine Party-WG - das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig und entspannt. Da sich aber praktisch jeder Club vor der Haustür befindet, spielt sich diese Vorliebe für uns eher außerhalb der WG statt. :)

Es ist eine Kaution an den vormieter zu entrichten (- Höhe wird mitgeteilt).

Damit wir sehen, dass die Anzeige tatsächlich gelesen wurde, schreibt am Anfang eures Textes das Kennwort „Tomate“ - teilt uns gerne im ersten Anschreiben mit, wie alt ihr seid und wie ihr heißt, was ihr (beruflich) macht und ob ihr langfristig ein Zimmer sucht -
