The apartment consists of four rooms, a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. One of the four rooms is used as a living room and has access to a large balcony towards the west.
Your room is also facing west and about 12 square meters. desk, desk chair, wardrobe racks (open wardrobe), small shelf on the wall and bed incl. Mattresses remain in rooms and should be taken over. A detachment for the furniture does not occur. Of course, you can also bring your own furniture when you like. If necessary, I would leave the left monitor for a small sum. Is a 1920x1080 HD monitor from Benq in good condition.
In the basement there is a hobby room (heated and with laminate floor) next to the laundry room with its own washing machine. A former roommate had set up a small home gym.
WG is located in Stuttgart-Möhringen, 4 minutes from the Stadtbahn stop "Salzäcker" (U3 Plieningen - Möhringen). From there you will reach the university campus in 5 minutes and in 20 minutes (1x change in Vaihingen) the campus of the University of Stuttgart. You can also reach the city centre (Charlottenplatz) in 20 minutes (1x change to Möhringen).
There are no residential parks in the street, but free parking. As a rule, you will always find a parking lot, right in front of the house, but also a few minutes walk further away.
Shops can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (Edeka Fasanenhof, Lidl Fasanenhof, Penny Möhringen) and by tram in 10 minutes (Kaufland Möhringen).
Your future roommates would be Jonas and Adrian. Both study at the University of Hohenheim.
We used to travel together more often – be it for a drink in the city, on university parties or just chill a little on the balcony. Lately, unfortunately, this has been a bit slower due to studies and by the way, so in our WG it has become a bit calmer. This isn't supposed to mean that we're just a Purpose WG. With us: everything can, nothing has to. So if you want to have dinners or activities together, we are there – but we also respect it if you prefer to have your rest.
Living together with us was always simple and very relaxed. Everyone takes care of contributing to his part, and we all go loose. What is important is that everyone feels comfortable :)
The room would be free from the beginning of February. However, a later move up to the beginning of March would also be possible. Please indicate when you could move in.
