In our cozy flat on the second floor of a charming old building, two rooms are available. Both rooms are approximately 20 square meters, offering plenty of space to make yourself at home. Some of the furniture in the rooms is available for sale. The apartment includes a shared balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The location is excellent – just a 3-minute walk to the Möhringen U-Bahn station, a 3-minute walk to Rewe, an 8-minute walk to Kaufland, and 20 minutes by U-Bahn to Stuttgart's city center (you can take U12, U6, U5). The flat is in a quiet area, next to two döner shops (Regenbogenimbiss is highly recommended!) and features a shared garden as well as a great relationship with the downstairs flatmates in the building.

I'm Sanaa, and I've been living in Stuttgart ca 3 years now (originally from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia) and have recently finished my masters at the University of Hohenheim. I'm currently working part-time, and enjoy going to pools, reading, watching series/movies etc. You know, your average human things. My flatmates are moving out at the same time and now I’m looking for two new flatmates, with one of you taking on the role of the main tenant. (My German is not the best to be dealing with the landlord tbh). I would enjoy a calm and open atmosphere, where we feel comfortable with each other and do things together from time to time when possible.
