In our 4 WG we have a room with a surface of 12 m. The room is located in a 6-room penthouse apartment, which is divided into two floors. From this room you have the views of the sunrise every morning. The room is furnished and equipped with desk, chair, bed, bedside table, sideboard and wardrobe. It is now free of reference.
The apartment is generously cut and is located on the 16th and 17th floor. This takes the highest floors of the building.
It is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxed life. From the terrace you have a unique view to south-west over half of Stuttgart. In good weather you will see in the evening, all year round,

The living room: serves as a living room; here we chill together or watch series on Netflix. There is a comfortable couch, a 55-inch smart TV and a PlayStation 5.
The kitchen: kitchenette with large work area, closets with enough storage space, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, two refrigerators with freezer, microwave, small appliances such as coffee machine and complete dishes. A dining table with 6 seats.
Toilet and bathroom: We have two toilets. A guest toilet in the 16th OG and a toilet in the bathroom in the 17th OG. There is also a bathtub. In addition, we have a shower in a separate room in the 16th. OG.
The apartment includes two balconies (one on each floor) with a breathtaking view over half of Stuttgart. On the lower balcony there is a gas grill and balcony furniture to eat or chill.
The rental price is a flat amount. This means that the amount is always the same and includes:

The location is very good! In just 7 minutes walk you get a passage with really everything you need for shopping: Penny, Edeka, three bakeries, two diner shops, three hairdressers, a stationery store with a German post office
branch, two banks, a pharmacy, a Turkish grocery store, a 0tea shop, etc. There is even a bicycle dealer and a gym in the shopping mall. In addition, two change cries and two secondhand shops for clothes.
The Max-Eyth Lake and the Neckar are not far away, you can walk in 5-10 minutes.
Here you have a good connection to public transport and reach the following stations in just 5 minutes walk:
- 400 m and 5 minutes to the metro stop "Neugereut" (lines U2, U19)
- 350 m and 4 minutes to the bus stop "Neugereut" (lines 54, N5)
- 400 m and 5 minutes to the bus stop "Wildgansweg" (lines 54, N5)
- 1.4 km and 15 minutes to the underground station "Hofen" (line U14)
By underground you will reach the city centre and the Königstraße (underground stop "Schlossplatz") in 24 minutes.
We pay attention to cleanliness! Since a cleaning power is employed here, each of the WG roommates only has to get the garbage out gradually. The rest is cleaning. It is expected to be cleaned up immediately (e.g. after cooking or eating). This does not result in so much work during cleaning and the general atmosphere is much
more pleasant. We have a lot of fun, music and sometimes a small barbecue party! Otherwise it is fun and very pleasant.
There are little to barely street noise and in the house it is pleasantly quiet. The WG life is also rather calm. Common rooms such as kitchen, living room and balcony offer enough space for community.
