I have a nice room to forgive in a nice 3 WG.

Absolutely central yet quiet and green location. Just a five-minute walk to Milaneo and the metro stop “Stadtbibliothek”. The main railway station is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The city is at your feet. So centrally and yet quiet and green.
The room, as well as the whole apartment already have everything in it that desires the heart.
You have your own desk, chair, shelf, wardrobe and satellite TV. The TV / PC monitor remains there. The kitchen is also fully equipped with toaster, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. It's not to pay for cash.
Top modern vinyl flooring in optics oak light gray. The room has two windows. You can also let down the shutters at the windows - so you can sleep without being disturbed by daylight. The apartment is located in the high ground, only a few steps. The room remains pleasantly cool even during heat in the summer. With a modern gas-etagen central heating, the room can be heated very well in winter. Shower water is immediately warm.
Furnishings and equipment in detail: The room is furnished with a large wardrobe, bed, table, chair, shelf, bed lamp, monitor / flat screen TV (82 cm screen diagonal), internet plug-in and Wifi DSL 50,000, SAT TV connection, and modern curtain on both windows, plus a pleat on two windows. The bed is variable in width between 80 and 160 cm, length 200 cm. There is also a wide mattress and bed linen. You can also bring your own mattress and bed linen. Then the existing mattress moves into the basement. The apartment also includes a storage room in the roof. In the house there are three rooms in the basement and in the attic for laundry drying, I myself prefer to dry my laundry in the room. Two clothes are available. Only one of the two monitors on the photos remains in the room. The exterior facade and the balconies of the residential building Birkenwaldstrasse 28 have just been completely freshly renovated - visually appealing impression.
This is a basic rent of 450 euros. The additional costs are charged once a year. The additional costs also include the Internet flat rate DSL 50,000 (plug-in and W-Lan in the room). All operating costs such as water, gas, waste, general electricity, master's service (no week in the stairwell), gas (heating and hot water) and also the electricity in the apartment are included in the additional costs.
The apartment is absolutely central and yet quiet in the green. In the lower Birkenwaldstrasse you will find the main railway station, Königstrasse just a 10-minute walk. Milaneo, southern Germany's largest shopping mall, with Aldi, DM, tegut food market is just a five-minute walk away, and the city library is just a six-minute walk away.
If you want to go shopping, you have the quality of choice: first choice Aldi or tegut in Milaneo because you are the fastest in five minutes. Second choice Rewe in Kronenstraße because there are very many young people shopping and very long (until 23 a.m. daily). Third choice Edeka at the Herdweg because there are other things there and sometimes you like to walk over Chinagarten and Panoramastrasse with city views. Fourth Choice Think K on the Killesberg because Aldi, Edeka and DM are all together and right at the underground station. Whoever DM becomes too boring as a drugstore: Rossmann at Schlossplatz.
If you don't want to cook yourself: In Milaneo there is a food cake with a huge variety of options.
Parking is possible on public roads in front of the house, you need a resident parking card from the city of Stuttgart, costs approx. Euro 30,70 a year. Otherwise, a parking ticket at the machine must be released on the street. Free parking (without ticket and without resident parking card) on the street is approx. 300 meters further possible in the Oberen Birkenwaldstrasse.
The metro stop "Stadtbibliothek (Handwerkskammer)" is a 5-minute walk away. From there, the journey time is one minute to the main railway station. Since four lines (U5, U6, U7, U15) start the stop, you usually wait at most three minutes. The bus 44 also takes you to the Killesberg or to the main station. On the Killesberg is the altitude park, the art academy and the Think K shopping center. If you take the bus 44 to “Postdörfle” on the way to the apartment you never have to go uphill.
The China Garden is also not far from the house. Here you have a great view over Stuttgart.
I worked here in Stuttgart for two years in the IT sector and lived here all the time. Now it's moving me into another city. Two flatmates remain in the apartment: Anna, 24 years old, works in health care, Richard 26 years old, studies a technical course at the University of Stuttgart. The WG life is nice and simple. The new roommate should be clean, tidy, nice and uncomplicated. Non-smoker. Anna and Richard are also non-smoking. Here you are right if you are looking for a quiet and very clean place to live. There's a masterpiece service in the house. It's not a honeymoon to make in the stairwell. In the apartment we have a cleaning plan.
