Will you be our new roommate? A lovely room awaits you in our 3-person shared flat, also known as Chateau Landhaus. It's under the roof, but the large tilting windows let in a lot of light and fresh air. The room is generally very bright, so it doesn't seem that small. It can include or not the furniture.
From the room you are directly in our living room/kitchen, and have direct access to the second bathroom, which is practically your private bathroom. Adjacent to the living room is the studio, which you can also use as an office, for example, and thus significantly increases the surface area of your room.
And then of course there is our roof terrace with beautiful sunsets, where you can meet up to chill and have a barbecue!
Werdest du unsere neue Mitbewohner-/in? In unsere 3er WG, auch bekannt als Chateau Landhaus erwartet dich ein feines Zimmer. Zwar unter den Dach, aber durch die große Kippfenster kommt viel Licht und frische Luft rein. Generell ist das Zimmer sehr hell, und wirkt damit nicht so klein.
Aus den Zimmer raus stehst du direkt in unseren Wohnzimmer/Küche, und hast direkt Zugang zu den zweiten Badezimmer, was dann praktisch dein privaten Badezimmer ist. Angrenzend am Wohnzimmer gibts das Atelier, was auch von dir z.B. als Büro benutzt werden kann, und damit der Oberfläche von dein Zimmer wesentlich vergrößert.
Und dann gibts natürlich noch unsere Dachterrasse mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge, wo man sich gerne zum Chillen und Grillen treffen kann!
Our chateau is spread over the 4th and 5th floors. Upstairs is the room to rent, the kitchen,
dining room/living room, studio/guest room and a bathroom (shower + toilet). Downstairs are the two other
rooms plus a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
There is plenty of storage space in your room, in the basement and in the living room.
Officially the shared flat is in the east, but it is very close to Stuttgart Mitte. The castle park, as well as the Villa Berg Park, can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes.
The Friedensstraße bus stop can be reached in 1 to 2 minutes on foot. Subway stations (Neckartor
or Stöckach) can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes. The main train station can also be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
The Penny on Haußmanstraße is also about 10 minutes away on foot from the shared flat. Further shops, as well as various restaurants and bakeries, can be found on Ostendplatz (15-20 minutes on foot).
Unseren Chateau befindet sich verteilt auf den 4. und 5. Stock. Oben ist das zu vermietende Zimmer, die Küche,
Esszimmer/Wohnzimmer, Atelier/Gästezimmer und ein Bad (Dusche + Toilette). Unten sind die zwei anderen
Zimmer plus ein Bad mit Badewanne, Toilette, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Stauraum gibts in dein Zimmer, im Keller und in den Wohnzimmer genügend.
Offiziell liegt der WG im Ost, aber es ist sehr nah am Stuttgart Mitte. Das Schlosspark, so wie den Villa Berg Park sind zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Bushaltestelle Friedensstraße ist in 1 bis 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. U-Bahn Stationen (Neckartor
oder Stöckach) sind zu Fuß in knappen 10min zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist auch in ca. 15 zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Penny an der Haußmanstraße befindet sich zu Fuß auch ca. 10 Minuten von der WG entfernt. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, so wie diverse Restaurants und Bäckereien befinden sich an den Ostendplatz (15-20 Min zu Fuß).
Your roommates are Phillip and Harm; two sporty but relaxed guys. Since both work full-time during the week, life in a shared apartment is rather relaxed. Nevertheless, both of them like to have a relaxed beer, play games or cook together. They also boulder together or bake pizza on the roof terrace, and the legendary Halloween party in 2023 is still well known far and wide!
Accordingly, we are looking for an open-minded and sociable person. Of course, you can
also just retreat in the shared apartment.
There is a weekly rotating cleaning schedule in the shared apartment. The entire apartment is
divided into three parts, so everyone has to clean a different area every week.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Phillip und Harm; zwei sportliche doch entspannte Jungs. Da beide unter der Woche vollzeit arbeiten, ist das WG Leben unter der Woche eher entspannt. Nichts desto trotz sind beide gerne mal vor ein entspanntes Bierchen, Spielchen oder gemeinsames Kochen zu haben. Auch wird mal gemeinsam gebouldert oder Pizza gebacken auf der Dachterrasse, und auch der legendäre Halloweenfeier von 2023 ist im weiten Umkreis noch immer bekannt!
Dementsprechend suchen wir eine aufgeschlossene und umgängliche Person. Natürlich kann man
sich in der WG auch einfach mal zurückziehen.
In der WG gibt es einen wöchentlich rotierenden Putzplan. Die gesamte Wohnung ist in drei Teile
aufgeteilt, somit muss jeder jede Woche einen anderen Bereich putzen.
