After almost 5 years, I leave the WG, which has shaped me forever. – But hey, in sunny Portugal it doesn’t live so bad, I let myself say... 😁🏄🏽 ♂️
There's a room waiting for you where you can enjoy your WG life!
Your future room has cozy 17 square meters and lies to the street side with magnificent views of trees and not to neighbors. ;
Since I'm leaving the country, I'd like to pass my room to you almost as much as it is. Through the furnishing with bed, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, open wardrobe bar, carpets, mirrors, frames, curtains and other eye-catchings, you are almost completely ready to move in and you can save the annoying move. 😌
The entire apartment has about 181 square meters and impresses with its modern appearance, the large corridor, two bathrooms with a rain shower (which I will also miss very much), open kitchen with air vents and the chillout area of the living room with sofa, TV, Wii...
In addition, we have everything you need from new dishwasher & new oven via hot air fryer, microwave and coffee machine. A separate basement compartment, so that your crust is well stowed, must of course not be missing.
To our WG you get a whole WG-house full of great people free upside, with which we have a great relationship. And if you're already going to the gym or at least in your new life stage, you won't find any excuses. 😂 Just join your roommates and neighbors, drive two floors deeper with our always ready elevator and train as residents of the house UMSONST in the TopFit studio!! 💪🏽
And if you want to pull out (for whatever reason) then just fall in love with one of your neighbours and just walk together. 😂🌅
Your future WG is located in the Stuttgart East, in a super connected and lively area. The U9 stops right in front of the front door and takes you in less than 10 minutes right in the middle of the city. Two bus stops are also in front of our house. Among other things, the night bus stops there, so you don't have to worry about how to get home quickly after a wild party night!
In walking distance (about 10 minutes) you will find everything you need: supermarkets such as Rewe, Aldi, Penny and DM, pharmacies, bakeries as well as numerous restaurants, bars and cafes for small or large hunger and thirst.
Recreation and leisure facilities are available directly in front of the front door: The Neckar invites you to walks, jogging tours or simply relax on the water. Nearby you will also find the party boat Fridas Pier, the football stadium, the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, the Cannstatter Wasen and the Mercedes-Benz Museum, all within walking distance. And for cozy hours in summer, some parks and the Schlachthof beer garden are perfectly located – almost around the corner!
For car drivers, the location is also practical, as the B10/B14 runs around the corner and offers you a quick connection in all directions.
In our WG, Dario (our WG clown and start-up-bezwinger), Lorenz (our loving winemaker, who can not only deal well with grapes), Sören (our sound expert and techno enthusiast), Kira (our WG-Herrin and shopping expert) and Shirin (our WG-Model and Essensfee).
We are a lively and versatile WG that guarantees you never get bored! Whether you’re having dinners, wild party nights, relaxed games, sports and film evenings or just chill on the couch and laugh at yourself – something is always going on with us. In summer we like to play a round of basketball or table tennis, go together to the cool wet or enjoy the sunset with the neighbors. But, of course, everyone has the opportunity to withdraw if it should be calmer.
Under the week it is usually a bit more relaxed, as we all either work or study. Nevertheless, we are always open for common cooking, games evenings or simply relaxed hanging. Especially cool: There are four more WGs in the house with which we often exchange or do something together. There is a common WhatsApp group of the whole house we organize, meet and plan parties. The one or other fat house party must not be missed! 😜
