The room is completely refurbished like the entire WG. The kitchen has garden views and dishwasher and now everything is very sweet
The room is bright and has a beautiful wooden parquet flooring, which makes the room very cozy. The room is about 22 m2 and offers plenty of space for everything you need. The WG is on the first floor. The room is unfurnished so you can set it up to your taste. If you don't want to have all his stuff in the room, we have our own small basement compartment where you can place and include some boxes or your bike. 🚲
The apartment is quiet but still central. It is only in a minute at the next stop and in a few minutes by public transport in the city centre or at the train station. The next major supermarkets or organic shops can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. 🚉
I am Elias 20 years old and moved to the WG on 01.10. It's a WG start-up, and so no one has lived in front of it.
We are looking for a nice roommate/a nice roommate who want to have an open and cozily coexistence, where you can also do something together, cook together or play a game (greatly unattended and only if it just fits and the time it gives up)
Otherwise I like to play Spikeball or Volleyball outside, play guitar and go to concerts☀️
In the house are many newly renovated WGs, which have now been relocated and with which you can get in touch quickly (if you want to).
The price is without electricity and internet what I think about. 30€ per month.

!There is no washing machine in the WG yet. There is a connection and also space but no washing machine yet!
