We offer a partly furnished room in our 3's WG for 4.5 months for fixed-term rent:
Period: 15.02.2025 - 30.06.2025
To the room: The room is generously cut and is rented partially furnished. As can be seen from the pictures, this is a light-flooded room.
In the room are included: A large bed with bedside table A desk with desk chair A shelf A couch (see pictures)

The apartment is centrally located and is perfectly connected to the ÖPNV: Metro stop "Ostendplatz" right in front of the door: Here the U4 takes you to the city centre within 10 minutes.
Bus stop "Ostendplatz": about 2 minutes walk away, from there you need about 8 minutes to the main train station by bus.
Metro stop "Bergfriedhof": about 2 minutes walk away, from there the U9 takes you to the main railway station in 8 minutes.

Shopping facilities:
There is a rewe and a DM, as well as several bakers. In the Wagenburgstraße there is an aldi, which is easily accessible by bus (2 stops from Ostendplatz).

We are a friendly and relaxed working person's WG. We (Vincent and Martin) have been living together since their studies. Under the week we usually make our evenings quiet - everyone has its free space, but we also occasionally spend time together in the living room, e.g. with a beer and a round of dart. Cleanliness and harmony are important to us.

What we wish:
You are also employed and you are looking for a WG for a limited period in which you understand. Cleanliness and mutual consideration are just as natural for you as for us.
