It is two rooms with direct connection to the balcony.
The small room is like a pre-room, here stands the desk and is ideal for working.
From these rooms you come to the balcony and to the actual bedroom.
The bedroom is about 14sqm tall but hard to say, as there are many roof slopes. However, it is a very cozy room with enough space and retreat from the rest of the apartment.
In the bedroom there is everything you need.
In addition, the apartment includes a small (but fine) kitchen, a small bathroom, a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden and over the Stuttgart East...well to lie around and relax;
and then a large living room.
The location is great.
Despite being close to the center, the apartment is very quiet and apart from bird whip and a few children in the morning to the school path, you get nothing from the world with,
It takes about 7 minutes to bus and train, which will take you to the main train station in 5 minutes. The Ostend Square can be reached on foot in 7.min. There are plenty of shops.
The Uhlandshöhe and the Stadtpark Villa Berg are nearby and are beautiful walking and jogging routes.
You live with Ayaka. It is very nicely clean and quiet, working 4 days a week in a very trendy Japanese restaurant. She just learns German, but speaks perfectly English and Japanese. When she's at home, she likes to sleep and bake bread. Otherwise, she often makes excursions on her free days.
