In just 5 minutes you can walk to the central Ostdplatz where there is a rewe, bakery, restaurants and snacks, doctors, hairdressers, etc. Daimler and Bosch in Untertürkheim are about 3 km away and easily accessible by bus without change. The Cannstatter Wasen are also around the corner.
The castle garden can also be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. You can stroll through the main railway station or the city centre. The Neckar is also around the corner that is perfect for a jogging round.
The apartment is 60 sqm, clean and tidy, so everyone can feel comfortable. In the beautiful fully equipped kitchen with large dining table you can cook well and sit nicely together.
