The WG is located in Stuttgart-Ost

Connections are within walking distance. The bus (line 40 & 47) is about 3 minutes' walk, which is then in 5 minutes at Stuttgart Central Station or in the city centre.

To the Ostendplatz you run about 10 minutes and can take the U4 from there towards the city center.

Shops, restaurants, snacks and pubs (REWE, Aldi, Penny, Dm, Bakeries, Pharmacies, Dönerbuden etc.) are all around the corner.

Parking is available around the house with the parking card for residents.

Anschlussmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Zum Bus (Linie 40 & 47) sind es ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß, der dann in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof Stuttgart oder in der Stadtmitte ist.

Zum Ostendplatz läuft man ca. 10 Minuten und kann von dort die U4 in Richtung Stadtmitte nehmen.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Imbisse und Kneipen (REWE, Aldi, Penny, Dm, Bäckereien, Apotheken, Dönerbuden etc.) sind ums Eck.

Mit dem Parkausweis für Anwohner*innen gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten ums Haus.

Hello, dear ones!

we are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful WG in the sweet Stuttgart East! The room is free from 01.04.25. We are looking for a working person or someone who is at the end of his studies.

Magda (27 years) and I (Sarah, 29 years). Magda is now in the last stages of her Master's degree and I (Sarah) are currently in the Department of Education.

WG Life:
We like to walk together, sit together in the kitchen, or spend time in front of our beloved wood stove. Of course, both privacy is important to us. If the room is closed, we won't bother. To celebrate, we like to go to the city or bars. We respect each other and talk about our needs when there is something to discuss.

We would be happy to have an open and quiet roommate who wants a shared and relaxed WG life.

Hallo ihr Lieben!

wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere schöne WG im süßen Stuttgarter Osten! Das Zimmer ist unbefristet ab 01.04.25 frei. Wir suchen eine berufstätige Person bzw. jemanden der am Ende seines Studiums ist.

In der WG wohnen Magda (27 Jahre) und ich (Sarah, 29 Jahre). Magda ist nun in den letzten Zügen ihres Masterstudiums und ich (Sarah) befinde mich aktuell im Referendariat (Lehramt).

WG Leben:
Wir gehen gerne mal zusammen spazieren, sitzen gemeinsam in der Küche, oder verbringen Zeit vor unserem geliebten Holzofen. Selbstverständlich ist uns beiden Privatsphäre wichtig. Wenn das Zimmer mal zu ist, dann stören wir nicht. Zum Feiern gehen wir gerne in die City oder in Bars. Wir achten aufeinander und sprechen über unsere Bedürfnisse, wenn es etwas zu besprechen gibt.

Wir würden uns über eine offene und ruhige Mitbewohnerin freuen, die Lust auf ein gemeinsames und entspanntes WG-Leben hat.
