The collection date can be adjusted or moved to the rear after consultation. The room has parquet flooring, is light-flooded and therefore quite common. In particular, in the summer, the terrace provides relaxation in the fresh air without having to move far away. The hedge provides additional visibility inside, so that you can feel undisturbed from others in your room. If this is not enough, there are electric shutters. Internet is fast and reliable, the room also offers LAN connections for gaming enthusiasts or Netflixxer with 4K appeal. Bathroom with shower and WC are separated. The apartment also has a dishwasher and in the basement there are two free washing machines and dryers available.
All additional costs related to living are included in the additional cost package of 100€. There are no other hidden costs (heating, insurance, garbage, GEZ, internet etc included).
Central, all daily tasks (supermarket, pharmacy etc) are within walking distance in a few minutes. Within a short time at the airport for any last-minute bookings ;) As a cheaper alternative, the nearby field and the adjoining forest section invite you to walk.
The two attendees study at the University of Hohenheim, I have met them as very friendly, communicative people and honestly I am a little sad that it is going on for me now. Over the years, friendships have emerged here for me, which I do not want to miss in the review.
In the whole house there are WGs in similar settings and size, so there is always a lot of exchange and it is not difficult to get to know people even off campus or student residence. On weekends and after consultation you can also be celebrated (especially TMS, Thursday), common activity is openly facing.
Each tenant has its own room key and can complete its premises.
Everyone buys food themselves and you have different compartments in the refrigerator, this is quite huge and is more than enough. Same thing in the freezer. When cleaning up the shared spaces, you are talking off, unless this is done, a plan is set up at some point. This has never been the case. Cleanliness is important here, but no one will start looking for the crumbs on the ground.
Smoking is allowed only in the garden, terrace or outside on the balcony. Every eight weeks the WG has the week.
Simply be open in contact and problems, if ever big, which are going to appeal honestly.
If necessary, a garage can be rented for a low fee, but there are usually good parking options on the roads
A personal visit is preferred on our part, but if you live too far away an online visit is also possible.
