The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the residential high-rise "Julia" (see details of the residential high-rise group "Romeo and Julia" see other) and has 3 rooms, daylight bathroom and WC separated, kitchen, hall, storage room, windfall (input area) and covered south-Balkon. It impresses with an exceptional floor plan. All rooms are accessible from the spacious hall, a total of 8 doors from the hall! Sie besticht durch einen außergewöhnlichen Grundriss. Alle Räume sind von der großzügigen Diele begehbar, insgesamt 8 Türen von der Diele aus! Die Wohnung verfügt über ein gemeinschaftlich genutztes schönes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Zugang auf den Balkon. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer ist jedoch bereits mit meinen persönlichen Gegenständen eingerichtet (insbesondere Platten, Bücher, Comics), so dass dort eigene Gestaltungswünsche nur sehr bedingt umsetzbar sein werden.
Zur Innenausstattung der Wohnung gehören Fliesenböden in Küche (Fliesen auch an der Wand), Bad und WC sowie Echtholz-Parkett-/Dielenböden in den sonstigen Wohnbereichen. Die Wohnung wurde von mir komplett möbliert übernommen und meine Vorgänger waren Liebhaber des "Gelsenkirchener Barocks", von dem die Wohnung nach wie vor geprägt ist (z.B. Einbauküche, Türen, Esstisch, Lampen, Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer). Das Wohnzimmer ist jedoch als spannende Crossover-Lösung mit IKEA-Kallax-Regalen etwas umgestaltet worden.
Von der Küche zum Essbereich ist eine praktische Durchreiche für Speisen und Getränke vorhanden.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein großer Kellerraum im Untergeschoss.
Das Haus verfügt über Kabelanschluß, der jedoch aktuell nicht genutzt wird. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch einen kompletten Hausmeisterservice mit u.a. Kehrwochen- und Winterdienst, d.h. es gibt keine "schwäbische Kehrwoche".
Die Wohnung verfügt über keinen eigenen Pkw-Stellplatz. Vor der Haustüre gibt es so gut wie keine Stellplätze, doch in 300-500 m Entfernung (z.B. Stadtbad Zuffenhausen oder beim Sportplatz) sind viele kostenfreie Stellplätze zu allen Tageszeiten vorhanden.
WG-Zimmer:
Ca. 17 qm, möbliert mit großer Schwankwand (mit Schreibtischplatte), Bett (ausziehbar zum Doppelbett), Schreibtischstuhl, einer Kommode und -optional- einem Keyboard, welches natürlich auch in den Keller geräumt werden kann.

Es gibt einen Putzplan im wöchentlichen Turnus: Zum einen der Naßbereich (Bad und WC) und zum anderen der sonstige Wohnbereich. Es muss kein Normal-Müll runtergetragen werden, da es einen Müllschlucker gibt.
