Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Eingang über die Terrassentür, und ist über den Wohnflur mit Küche begehbar. Es gibt einen großzügig angelegten Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
Die Altbauwohnung wurde in 2023 aufwendig modernisiert. Dabei wurden die Fußböden der Wohnräume und der Küche mit hochwertigem Design-Vinylboden in moderner Eichenoptik ausgestattet und alle Wände sowie Decken fein verputzt und weiß gestrichen.
Im Tageslicht-Bad und im Gäste-WC ebenfalls mit Fenster wurden edle, großformatige Fliesen verlegt und LED Spiegel angebracht. Die begehbare Dusche sorgt für ein Highlight am Morgen. Die nötige Wärme an kälteren Tagen spendet der Handtuchheizkörper im Bad. LED Deckenspots lassen das Bad, das Gäste-WC und die Küche hell und freundlich erscheinen.
