Wir (Alex 22 und Linus 22) suchen einen neuen Bewohner/in für unsere 3er WG in Stuttgart Stöckach!
Das Zimmer hat ca. 22 qm und liegt im 2. Stock eines Altbauhauses in bester Lage direkt bei der Station Stöckach.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer (ca. 25 qm), ein Bad, ein WC und eine Küche mit Zugang zu Balkon in den Innenhof.
Die Lage ist Top! Man ist mit der Bahn in 4 Stationen am Hauptbahnhof und es ist auch sonst super angebunden.
Auch das Vietel an sich ist cool und es ist bisschen Leben drin :)
Wir kommen aus Frankfurt und München und studieren beide im 7. Semester Architektur.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und würden uns deshalb auch einen Mitbewohner/in wünschen mit dem man auch mal irgendwas unternehmen oder kochen etc. kann.
Da wir gerade beide relativ frisch eingezogen sind, sieht die Wohnung noch ein bisschen leer aus, aber das können wir natürlich zusammen ändern :)
