It is an old-fashioned Jugenstil apartment, i.e. 3.8m high ceilings and parquet flooring included :)
The room impresses with a good cut and its separated location within the WG. Window orientation north-west, roller blinds and rails for curtains are available. (See photos)
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, offers plenty of light and work area and a dishwasher is also available. The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilet is separate, so there is no stress in the morning!

Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht, bietet viel Licht und Arbeitsfläche und eine Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und die Toilette ist separat, so kommt es auch morgens nicht zu Stress!
Abstellmöglichkeiten bietet ein geräumiges Kellerabteil, für Fahrräder gibt es einen eigenen Abstellraum im Keller. Zudem gibt es dort einen auch einen Waschraum wo unsere Waschmaschine steht und zum Trocknen ist in unserem Flur genug Platz für Wäscheständer.

Zudem gibt es noch einen Hinterhof (eigentlich reiner Parkplatz aber oft gut nutzbar) wo wir gelegentlich zusammen grillen und die Sonne genießen.
Generell legen wert darauf, dass die Wohnung sauber bleibt, putzen jetzt auch nicht jede Woche alles durch aber es sollte schon in einem anständigen Rahmen bleiben.
