The room is located in a 3-person WG on the ground floor (high ground floor, not barrier-free!) of a multi-family house.

Included in the total rental price is a simple room facility (see photo: single bed, small table, chair, shelf; not to see on the picture: wardrobe), but not necessarily to be used (there is also a storage/cellar space in which unneeded furniture can be stored in between).
The following costs are included in the additional cost package: heating costs, electricity costs, water and waste water charges, rainfall water fees, ground tax, chimney sweep fees, building and elementary insurance, waste fees, maintenance of the heating thermal.
The following costs must be shared with the roommates and are NOT included in the additional cost package or in the total rental price: Internet (DSL), broadcasting fee.

The shared rooms are a kitchen (year of manufacture 2022, with fridge, separate freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher), a bathroom (with shower bath, sink and toilet), a relatively spacious hall with folding table next to the entrance to the kitchen, where you can also sit for two or three times, as well as a large terrace that has its "official" access through one of the other WG rooms, but also accessible from all the difficulties.

The apartment is located in the “ground floor” (high ground floor = actually 1. OG, a level above the road, not barrier-free, only accessible via stairs!) of a multi-family house in the Werfmershalde, in 70190 Stuttgart-Mitte.

In the two other rooms of the WG on the ground floor, Neo (female, from Japan, studies piano at HMDK Stuttgart) and Jinhyeon (male, from Korea, also studies opera piano at HMDK Stuttgart). The main language of the WG is therefore German at the moment. However, both speak fluent English and quite good Italian. Since both roommates are studying music, the WG is also sometimes musified/trained, but the rest periods are naturally observed.
The apartment also includes a separate one-bedroom apartment on the attic (3rd floor), which is currently inhabited by Flavio (male, from Germany/Italy, He works part-time in Stuttgart, so is only a few days a week in the city). Flavio has its own kitchen and shower at the top, but shares the WC with the WG on the ground floor.
