Your future room is almost square cut, offers many ways to accommodate furniture and has a wonderful real wood floor. It is bright, spacious and gets direct sunlight depending on the season from afternoon - a real old building dream;)

On request, some furniture can be taken over - as it suits you.

The rest of the apartment is equipped. There is a spacious living room with couch and table and a really very large tree;) In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, including a sieve carrier.

That means you can move in and live directly;)

The apartment is centrally located in Stuttgart West with everything that desires the heart, almost outside the door - cafes, shopping, public transport (e.g. bus stop right in front of the door) - all just a stone's throw away. It is a beautiful, large old apartment incl. Balcony with the most beautiful view of the Stuttgart TV Tower. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a storage room with new washing machine, a large bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and bathtub, a guest toilet and a shared living room.

We all like to live together and place value on a good coexistence. We are happy to meet for planned and unplanned cooking or film evenings, go out together and plan other weekend activities, as it happens - get yourself a picture of it.

You will live in future with Philip, Sofia and Gesa, who are all at the end twenty, fully professional and well connected in Stuttgart.

We have a cleaning power that comes once a week and cleanses our common areas. We also want to get this in the future.

For this, another 35 euros per month are added to the 702 euros.

For the jointly used furniture, a furniture drop of 500€ is required - for this you are fully equipped from the outset. All additional costs including the Internet are included in the rental.
