I am abroad for five to six weeks and would like to rent my furnished room. The room is very large, bright and cosy, with seating area and large bed. I'd give you room for your clothes or the like so you can set up something.
You would live together with my four fellow residents (three women and one man) during the period. All are working, very open and communicative. We are all well connected in Stuttgart and also a lot on the go - so you should be new in the city, then you can make some contacts over the four of them and you just go to a bar or dance.
We have a balcony and a medium sized, well-equipped kitchen with sufficient seating.
The period would be flexible. I have indicated my absence time here and if you want to stay shorter, we can negotiate this. However, it would not be possible in the current state (unless it is a maximum of 1-2 days).
The price is the total price incl. Additional costs and internet.
I also refer to freshly harvested vegetables weekly and homemade bread from a solidary agriculture and food packages you could also take over for 17.50 euros per week. The portions are large and you can cook a lot of them. But if only an optional offer and no need.

Ich bin für fünf bis sechs Wochen im Ausland und möchte gerne mein möbliertes Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, hell und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit Sitzecke und großem Bett. Ich würde dir Platz für deine Kleidung o. Ä. schaffen, damit du dich etwas einrichten kannst.
Du würdest in dem Zeitraum mit meinen vier Mitbewohnenden (drei Frauen und ein Mann) zusammenleben. Alle sind arbeitstätig, sehr offen und kommunikativ. Wir sind alle gut vernetzt in Stuttgart und auch viel unterwegs - solltest du also neu in der Stadt sein, dann kannst du über die vier sicherlich einige Kontakte knüpfen und ihr geht einfach mal zusammen in eine Bar oder tanzen.
Wir haben als Gemeinschaftsräume einen Balkon und eine mittelgroße, gut ausgestattete Küche mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Der Zeitraum wäre flexibel. Ich habe hier meine Abwesenheitszeit angegeben und falls du kürzer bleiben möchtest, können wir das gerne aushandeln. Länger wäre jedoch nach aktuellem Stand nicht möglich (es sei denn, es handelt sich um maximal 1-2 Tage).
Der Preis ist der Gesamtpreis inkl. Nebenkosten sowie Internet.
Ich beziehe außerdem wöchentlich frisch geerntetes Gemüse und selbstgemachtes Brot von einer Solidarischen Landwirtschaft und die Lebensmittelpakete könntest du auch gerne für 17,50 Euro pro Woche übernehmen. Die Portionen sind groß und man kann davon sehr viel kochen. Wäre aber nur ein optionales Angebot und kein muss.
