The location of the apartment is really perfect, located in the Vogelsand district in western Stuttgart. There are many beautiful small cafés, bars and shops in the west. So all the heart needs to be reached on foot - even package shops, you should want to order something.

The subway with the U2 and U9 is 4 minutes away. By train you will be at the station or in the city centre within 5 minutes. In addition, the bus 42 goes directly to Erwin-Schöttle-Platz or to the East-Stuttgarts. The S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße is 10 minutes walk away and from there you really come anywhere, the SSB should stumble again.

Around the corner is the Citizens' Office West, a LIDL and a dm. On the road down to Schwabstraße there is a penny and a rewe. Or at the next underground station an Edeka or another Rewe.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt, gelegen im Stadtteil Vogelsand im Westen Stuttgarts. Direkt biem Bismarkplatz und im Westen gibt es viele schöne kleine Cafés, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Also alles was das Herz braucht ist zu Fuß zu erreichen - auch Paketshops, solltest du mal was bestellen wollen.

Die U-Bahn mit der U2 und der U9 ist 4 Minuten entfernt. Mit der Bahn bist du innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Bahnhof oder in der Stadtmitte. Außerdem fährt auch der Bus 42, direkt zum Erwin-Schöttle-Platz oer in den Osten-Stuttgarts. Die S-Bahn-Haltestellt Schwabstraße ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und von da aus kommst du wirklich überall hin, sollte die SSB mal wieder streiken.

I leave my WG for a job in Cologne. The WG has just reassembled with Marina and Valeria, both of whom are here at the beginning of March. This also allows you to be part of a new WG foundation and you can redesign your living together. Marina and Valeria absolutely do not want a purpose-WG, but would like to have a friendly living and to do something together. A mix of activities and coziness would be cool, so whether on a drink (or several) in the city or a bit of deep-talk while cooking - both are to have.

Marina, 26 has been studying communication design since last year and is currently working in a primary school and as a photographer. She likes to dance or go to the theater, or to a beer, but also loves relaxed movie evenings at home and would be happy if you take something together :).

Valeria studied classical dance and worked in a dance company for two years. Now she teaches dance and Spanish at a school. She comes from Peru and loves everything that has to do with design and art. In her spare time she likes to eat or drink with friends, but she also enjoys relaxing at home, watching a good movie or just having a quiet night. And sport definitely belongs to their everyday life :).

Ich verlasse schweren Herzens meine WG, da ich für einen Job nach Köln ziehe. Die WG hat sich gerade erst neu zusammengesetzt mit Marina und Valeria, die beide zu Anfang März hier einziehen. Damit kannst auch du ein Teil einer WG-Neugründung sein und ihr könnt euch das Zusammenleben neu gestalten. Marina und Valeria wünschen sich absolut keine Zweck-WG, sondern fänden es schön ein freundschaftliches Wohnen zu haben und auch gemeinsam was zu unternehmen. Eine Mischung aus Aktivitäten und Coziness wäre cool, also ob auf nen Drink (oder mehrere) in der Stadt oder ein bisschen deep-talk beim kochen - dafür sind beide zu haben.

Marina, 26 ist seit letztem Jahr mit ihrem Kommunikationsdesignstudium fertig und arbeitet momentan in einer Grundschule und als Fotografin. Sie geht gerne aus zum Tanzen oder ins Theater, oder auf ein Bier, aber liebt auch entspannte Filmabende zuhause und würde sich freuen, wenn man auch was zusammen unternimmt :).

Valeria hat sowas wie klassischen Tanz studiert und zwei Jahre in einer Tanzkompanie gearbeitet. Jetzt unterrichtet sie Tanz und Spanisch an einer Schule. Sie kommt aus Peru und liebt alles, was mit Design und Kunst zu tun hat. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne mit Freunden essen oder trinken, aber sie genießt es auch, zu Hause zu entspannen, einen guten Film zu schauen oder einfach mal eine ruhige Nacht zu haben. Und Sport gehört definitiv zu ihrem Alltag :).

Da beide schon mehr oder weniger im Berufsleben stecken, findest du jetzt hier eher keine Ersti-Studi-Party-WG, dafür ist die Wohnung auch nicht so gut gemacht.
