Schönes Zimmer mit Altbaucharm inklusive Holztäfelung und charmanten Einbauschränken. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr hell und aus dem Fenster blickt man trotz unserer zentralen Lage ins Grüne!

Super gelegene Wohnung im besten Stadtteil von Stuttgart! Zwischen Lehen und Heusteigviertel und damit in einer wunderschönen Nachbarschaft. Da wir direkt am Friedhof wohnen ist es sehr ruhig hier. Fußläufig zu Marienplatz, Wilhelmsplatz oder Stadtmitte je ca. 10 Minuten. U-Bahn "Österreichischer Platz" oder "Bopser" 5-10 Minuten. Auch zur S-Bahn Stadtmitte sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten. Verschiedene Supermärkte sind auch fußläufig in maximal 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Viele nette Bars und Cafes direkt ums Eck.
Great apartment in the best district of Stuttgart! Between Lehen and Heusteigviertel and therefore in a beautiful neighborhood. Since we live right next to the cemetery, it is very quiet here. Within walking distance to Marienplatz, Wilhelmsplatz or the city center, each about 10 minutes. Subway “Österreichischer Platz” or “Bopser” 5-10 minutes. It's also only about 10 minutes to the S-Bahn city center. Various supermarkets can also be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. Lots of nice bars and cafes right around the corner.
Hallo zusammen! :) Wir sind Sarah (Psychologin, 30) und Marie (Logopädin, 31) und suchen ab Mitte Dezember (plus minus) eine/n aufgeschlossene/n Mitbewohner/in. Ab ca. März wird Marie auch ausziehen. Damit wird also bald noch ein schönes Zimmer frei.
Wir sitzen gerne zusammen in unserer Küche, genießen den Ausblick, trinken zu viel Kaffee, essen, quatschen oder kochen zusammen wenn es sich ergibt. Wir schlendern gerne über Flohmärkte, gehen zusammen bouldern oder Abends in eine Bar.
Wir wollen, dass sich alle in der WG wohl und zuhause fühlen. Jeder hat natürlich sein Leben und kann sich jederzeit auch einfach zurückziehen. Wir freuen uns aber trotzdem über eine Person, die Lust auf das gemeinsame WG-Leben hat.
Alles weitere bespricht sich am besten bei einem Bierchen. Wir haben jetzt mal den 01.12. und den 07.12. dafür vorgesehen. Schreib doch gerne dazu, wann es für euch passen würde. Zur Not findet sich bestimmt auch eine Alternative.

Hello everyone! :) We are Sarah (psychologist, 30) and Marie (speech therapist, 31) and we're looking for a new roommate. We like to spend time together, mostly in our kitchen, enjoy the view, drink too much coffee, eat, chat or cook together every now and then. We enjoy strolling through flea markets, have recently startes to go bouldering together and are already looking forward to hot weather and cold beer. We want everyone to feel comfortable and at home in the apartment. Of course, everyone has their own life. However, we are still looking for someone who would like to do stuff together. Everything else is best discussed over a beer probably April 25th in the evening or April 27th. Feel free to let us know which day suits you best.
