Find new roommates for a room in our 3rd WG directly at Erwin-Schoettle-Platz. The room has about 20sqm and is flooded by four windows south and east.

The duplex apartment consists of two floors in the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house:
On the lower floor are kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, guest toilet, a room of your new roommate and your room; on the upper floor is the room of the other roommate, the second bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the heart of our WG - the south-facing balcony.

Furniture in the room can be taken over after viewing and consultation - also in part.

Our apartment is located in a quiet location on the church at Erwin-Schoettle-Platz and right on the bicycle road to Marienplatz and Tübingerstraße, where there are many cafés and bars and there is always something to go. You can walk to Marienplatz 6-7 minutes

The underground station "Erwin-Schoettle-Platz" can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, here is also the bus stop (line 42). It takes a maximum of 8 minutes to downtown.

There are many shopping possibilities within walking distance.

Your new roommates are Willi (27, engineer at a car supplier) and Tobi (26, doctor at Marienhospital). We like to make sports (spikeball, table tennis, volleyball, swimming, gym, cycling..), cook/great together and are always for a common game evening with 1-2-3 delicious beer.

We are explicitly not a purpose WG, but are looking for someone who also fits us humanly and generally from the rhythm of life.
