Hey dear WG seekers,
We are Celi and Pauli looking for a new roommate for our third WG room in our WG in South (Bihlplatz).
Your future room is super beautiful with high ceilings, lots of light from the south and our own access to our spacious balcony, which we like to use in summer for barbecue and chat. The entire apartment was renovated 1.5 years ago, but still has its classic old building. The kitchen and the bathroom are also completely new and modern, and there is plenty of space and storage space for everything you need. Since we live here half a year, we already have everything you need for life. From dishwasher to espresso machine, to various cooking utensils, barbecue and balcony plants. That's why you just have to bring what you need and of course you yourself :)
We look forward to a good, close coexistence with you. We like to sit in the kitchen, listen to music and chat or visit our rooms for a movie evening. We also like to celebrate, be it classic pop or techno, although this does not happen so often.
Even if we like to have a close relationship, we also leave each room and it is also full of okey when someone makes his own thing.

The WG is located directly at the Bihlplatz underground station and is therefore perfectly located in the south of Stuttgart. Cool bars, restaurants and vintage shops are all within walking distance. You only need one minute to the Bihlplatz stop and are at the university or HdM within 20 minutes. The Marienplatz is 5 minutes by metro and a beautiful 20-minute walk. With this you also have everything you need nearby: net, aldi and rewe, as well as DM and all cool bars and restaurants at Marienplatz. In addition, the Heslach forest is just a few minutes' walk from you, if you want to have some rest in nature. Even if the location is super central, it is still very quiet and relaxed. So you're out of the hustle and bustle to turn off, but it's super fast back in the city center or in the popular places.
And here again more to us:
Celi and I both study in the 7th. Semester Journalism at HdM and write our Bachelor thesis in the next semester. Celi, 22. Years old, is the musical among us, which always lets some indie song run, otherwise she likes to be creative with crochets and one or other painting project. She also cooks and sinks more frequently in Rabbitholes between Egypt Doc and True Crime. She also likes to read, especially the inseparables of Simone de Beauvoir have done it to her lately. I, Pauli, 21 years old, am the plant mutti of the WG, which keeps all green plants alive within. I like to cook and bake very much, and in recent months I have tried more often on sourdough bread, which is always quite fast the WG has fallen victim to. Otherwise, I'm also just trying to read more and I'm just busy with various crochet projects.
Everyone has a separate contract with our landlord (you pay 655 warm, without electricity and internet). They're coming up, sharing everything through three. Since we live here for half a year, we have not yet received a fixed bill for electricity, but we think it will run out to about 50 euros with internet. Besides, we still have a basement compartment where you can put your stuff under if you need it.
We took the kitchen fresh from our pre-rent. For this we would ask you that you also take part of the amount (550 euros). This is also the new washing machine we bought for the WG.
