Du wirst eine WG mit jeglichen Ausstattungsmerkmalen vorfinden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großräumig mit einer Küche, gemeinschaftlichem Wohn- und Esszimmer, Flur, Bad mit Tageslicht, sowie weiterem separaten WC mit Tageslicht. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine sowie eine neue Waschmaschine.
Im Zimmer stehen aktuell noch eine große Schrankwand (kombiniert Kleiderschrank mit Regal), ein "Designer"-Schreibtisch, sowie ein Bett (160 x 200), siehe Bilder. Diese sollten, soweit möglich, vom Vormieter gegen eine Ablöse (~500€) übernommen werden.
Die Miete beträgt mit allen Kosten 575€ warm (inkl. Internet, Wasser, Heizung, Strom, GEZ, ...). Die Kaution beträgt 1150€.

Auch kleine Parks mit Tischtennisplatten befinden sich direkt in der Nähe mit zum Teil tollem Ausblick über Stuttgart! Trotz zentraler Lage ist es eine sehr ruhige Umgebung.
