We are Kira and Xenja, 33 and 37 years old and live in a great 140m2 old apartment in the beautiful Lehenviertel.
So far we have lived here with a third woman and her two children, who will soon receive their own little home.
For this reason, there will be a lot of restructuring here, because strictly speaking, three rooms will be released. However, we decided to give up our previous large living room and make the two small children's rooms our new common spaces. Therefore, two rooms in our WG are looking for new residents. One with 12qm and one with 21qm.
The apartment is well structured and also offers a kitchen, two balconies and therefore good opportunities to spend time together or be left alone.
We already have a few ideas for the two new common spaces and look forward to your input. In general, after the large excerpt of our previous three cohabitants, there will be many possibilities to shape the apartment. It would be great if you had such a pleasure because a cozy, residential atmosphere is very important to us. To date, we have lived in a pleasantly familiar coexistence in a good mutual perception in which we enrich ourselves with different living realities. We have the experience
made that one must consciously adapt to one another for a comfortable living together and to some extent to clarify things. When everyone comes along, a beautiful coexistence is created.
Our everyday lives are quite moving. Both are regularly on the move for several days
and thus creates a good variety of vitality and tranquility.
Kira is active in 24h care and involved in various artistic projects.
Xenja is an environmental engineer and yoga teacher.
We like if usually order and cleanliness is in the apartment.

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Lehenviertel. Für diese Lage sehr ruhig und trotzdem nah an allem was man braucht. Zum Marienplatz mit U-Bahn-Anbindung und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sind es circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
