The room is the largest of the WG. The two windows to the street make the room very bright. The tree that is right in front of the window is particularly beautiful and gives shade in summer. The road is relatively quiet, so I often slept open with windows. From the window you can see beautiful old buildings. Since the room is so bright, plants grow great here and I have always felt very comfortable in my room. More pictures of the room follow with daylight tomorrow.
The room has a built-in wardrobe in the wall where you can store many things. In addition, I would like to leave a wardrobe because I have also taken over it and he can no longer be moved. In addition, in your room and in the entire apartment you have a beautiful snorkelling floor. I took the room two years ago. In the room there is a gas heating, which very quickly in winter has the room warm and cozy. Due to the size of the room, you can enjoy the decor.
The apartment has 6 rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room with small, sweet balcony and a large hallway with closets. There is a basement and a bicycle cellar and backyard.
I would like to move to 01.02. and, as I said, I would like to leave the closet and possibly two comrades there.
The nearest bus stop is 4 minutes (Markuskirche or Falbenhennenstraße) away and the apartment is located in a more quiet street in the beautiful south of Stuttgart. To get very tasty croissants and a good coffee you just have to cross the street. The Marienplatz is about 8 minutes away and you can also walk to the Bopser stop. Shops are available with Lidl, Rewe, net, etc. also around the corner. In the south there are many beautiful cafes and some restaurants. It is not far to the tea house and you are very fast in the city centre (about 15 minutes) as well as in the green.
Your roommates are Sascha, Mara, Pierrick, Franz and Denis. All work in different areas or are just finished studying. Overall, they are also open to everything you do. The WG is really very colorful.
There is Pierrick, who studied art history and likes to drink wine with friends in the evening and is culturally very interested. Denis, who is a doctor in mathematics and who founded the WG together with Sascha. Sascha works in a bookshop and likes cats and interesting conversations very much. Franz works in a nursery and brings both plants and vegetables to the WG. Mara studied body, theory and poetry of the Performative and is happy to travel with her friends in the city. I believe what everyone in the WG has in common is that they like to read.
There is a lot of room in the WG to get back. Although there are 6 roommates, it is very relaxed and quiet.
Like to write something about you and how you imagine living together and what is important to you. We have a rotating cleaning system and we also have a small balcony. On the balcony can be smoked-we just want to use it as possibly non-smoker*in* your bike, scooter, etc. you can park in the farm or bicycle cellar and we also usually have space in front of the house for a car or bus.
