Super gelegene Wohnung im besten Stadtteil von Stuttgart! Zwischen Lehen- und Heusteigviertel und damit in einer wunderschönen Nachbarschaft. Da wir direkt am Friedhof wohnen ist es sehr ruhig hier. Fußläufig zu Marienplatz, Wilhelmsplatz oder Stadtmitte je ca. 10 Minuten. U-Bahn "Österreichischer Platz" in 5min oder "Bopser" in 10 Minuten. Auch zur S-Bahn Stadtmitte sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten. Verschiedene Supermärkte (Rewe, Lidl, Netto) sind auch fußläufig in maximal 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Viele süße Bars und Cafes sind direkt ums Eck.

Great apartment in the best district of Stuttgart! Between Lehen and Heusteigviertel and therefore in a beautiful neighborhood. Since we live right next to the cemetery, it is very quiet here. Within walking distance to Marienplatz, Wilhelmsplatz or the city center, each about 10 minutes. Subway “Österreichischer Platz” or “Bopser” 5-10 minutes. It's also only about 10 minutes to the S-Bahn city center. Various supermarkets can also be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. Lots of nice bars and cafes right around the corner.

Hallo ihr Lieben,

wir sind Jasmin und Sarah, beide berufstätig und suchen ab dem 01. März ein/e neue/n Mitbewohner/in ✨

Wir haben beide schon lange in WGs gewohnt und wollen dass sich alle zu Hause wohl fühlen. Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam, gehen gemeinsam in eine Bar, was essen, auf Flohmarkt, bouldern whatever.

Jasmin ist sehr gerne in den Bergen unterwegs und immer für eine Wanderung zu haben, bei sämtlichen DIYs tobt sie sich gerne kreativ aus und liebt Yoga :)

Sarah liebt Cappuccino (Bonuspunkte wenn du ne gute Kaffeemaschine hast), Aperol Spritz, Theater, Konzerte & Festivals und geht seit einem Jahr regelmäßig bouldern.

Besuch ist immer willkommen und ab und zu gibts auch ne (kleine) WG Party. Trotzdem ist natürlich nicht immer viel los und jede/r kann sich auch zurückziehen.

Wir suchen eine coole, tolerante & empathische Person die auch Lust auf gemeinsames WG-Leben hat.

Hello everyone!

We are Jasmin and Sarah, both working and looking for a new roommate from March 1st ✨

We have both lived in shared apartments for a long time and want everyone to feel comfortable at home. We like to cook together, go to a bar together, cook, go to a flea market, go bouldering, whatever.

Jasmin loves being out in the mountains and is always up for a hike. She likes to be creative with all kinds of DIY projects and loves yoga :)

Sarah loves cappuccino (bonus points if you have a good coffee machine), Aperol Spritz, theater, concerts & festivals and has been bouldering regularly for the past year.

Visitors are always welcome and every now and then there is a (small) party. Nevertheless, of course there isn't always a lot going on and everyone can enjoy there time on their own as well.

We are looking for a cool, tolerant & empathetic person who is looking forward to share the space & time.

Castings will probably take place at the end of January.
