Rooms:
The room is 16 square meters and is located in a small but fine WG. The room is located on the north side to the courtyard, but thanks to the windows on both sides is still nicely bright and remains cool in the summer. The sleeping niche is perfect for a 1.40m bed.
In the room there are currently two comods next to a bed with mattress (2 years old), sofa and clothes rod. Everything can be taken over for a one-off payment of 190€ (without commutes 150€).
Location:
The WG is located in the south of Stuttgart near Erwin-Schoettle Square. In walking distance 5 relaxed minutes you are well connected with the same station in the direction of the city center as well as towards Vaihingen. The next S-Bahn station Schwabstraße is also easily accessible. Shops are almost in all directions.
The WG itself lies in the second row of a dead end, which makes it very quiet, despite the central location.
It is also in the green in a few minutes and can for example observe sunsets from the Schimmelhüttenweg.
WG Life:
Our roommate leaves the apartment and leaves Rebecca and Fabio in the WG.
Fabio is 26 and studies aerospace technology in the master at the University of Stuttgart.
Rebecca is 20 and studies sports and English at the University of Stuttgart.
Both are company-friendly and follow their musical and sports hobbies.
We are not a purpose WG and would also like to remain :) Even though everyone is always on the go, a kitchen carriage or evening gathering is not a rarity.
Other:
The highlight of the WG is our balcony overlooking the green. In the basement there is a washing machine and two basement compartments available. Bicycles can be parked safely in the courtyard.
