Das Mietverhältnis geht vorab bis 31.08., eine Verlängerung ist nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter aber möglich.

The apartment is in the south of Stuttgart in Tübinger Straße. Central location near Marienplatz, with many bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Shops are within walking distance (Rewe, Lidl, dm...).
Public transport such as Marienplatz Underground Station is 3 minutes away, the S-Bahn stop Feuersee is about 11 minutes walk away.
