Das Zimmer hat große Fenster und bekommt dadurch viel Tageslicht. Es ist zu jeder Tageszeit sehr ruhig, sodass man problemlos lüften kann. Im Grundriss ist es als Zimmer 2 eingezeichnet.
Ich werde einen weißen Schrank und eine weiße Kommode zurücklassen, da diese bereits bei meinem Einzug im Zimmer waren.
The room has large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to enter. It is very quiet at all times of the day, so you can ventilate without any issues. In the floor plan, it is marked as Room 2.
I will be leaving behind a white wardrobe and a white chest of drawers, as they were already in the room when I moved in.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Erwin-Schoettle-Platz und ist dadurch bestens an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden – mit der Buslinie 42 sowie den U-Bahn-Linien U1 und U14.
Im Sommer lädt der Platz zum Boccia-Spielen, Sonnenbaden oder einem gemütlichen Glas Wein ein.
In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man den Marienplatz, wo es mehrere Supermärkte, ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars sowie weitere Busverbindungen gibt.
The apartment is located right at Erwin-Schoettle-Platz, offering excellent public transport connections with bus line 42 and subway lines U1 and U14.
In summer, it’s a great spot for playing boccia, reading in the sun, or enjoying a glass of wine.
Marienplatz is just a five-minute walk away, where you’ll find several supermarkets, excellent restaurants and bars, as well as additional bus connections.
Da ich aus der WG ausziehe, wirst du künftig mit Philomene und Asmaa zusammenwohnen.
Philomene promoviert derzeit an der Universität Stuttgart. Sie ist offen, freundlich und kocht gerne in ihrer Freizeit. Außerdem liebt sie es, draußen unterwegs zu sein und zu reisen.
Asmaa ist erst vor Kurzem in die WG gezogen und neu in Stuttgart, weshalb sie gerade viel die Stadt erkundet.
Unsere WG ist grundsätzlich ruhig, daher suchen wir eine*n offene*n Mitbewohner*in, die/der nicht auf der Suche nach einer Party-WG ist.
Wir legen Wert auf eine gleichmäßige Verteilung der Haushaltsaufgaben und eine offene Kommunikation, damit sich jede*r wohlfühlt.

Since I’m moving out, you will be living with Philomene and Asmaa.
Philomene is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Stuttgart. She is open-minded, friendly, and enjoys cooking in her free time. She also loves being outdoors and traveling.
Asmaa recently joined the flat and just moved to Stuttgart, so she’s currently exploring the city.
We are generally a quiet and relaxed flatshare, so we’re looking for someone who isn’t necessarily searching for a party WG, but we hope to have an open, friendly, and long term new roommate.
We all take equal responsibility for keeping the apartment clean and value open communication to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
