In the heart of the south of Stuttgart and just a few minutes' walk (how fast you can walk) from Marienplatz, you will find your new home: D. Rewe, Netto, Dm, bars, restaurants and the Tübingen road. The city centre can also be reached by metro or bus in 10-15 minutes.

Mitten im Herzen des Stuttgarter Südens und nur wenigen Gehminuten (jenachdem wie schnell du laufen kannst ^^) vom Marienplatz entfernt, befindet sich dein neues Zuhause :D. Rewe, Netto, Dm, Bars, Restaurants sowie die Tübingerstraße befinden sich alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Innenstadt ist mit der U-Bahn oder Bus in 10-15 min zu erreichen.

On the upper floor is our living / dining area and the kitchen with Bianca's favorite gadget (our new hot air fries: D) and Jannik's sprößlingen - here is enough space for common cooking sessions, for chilling, watching film, celebrating or quite swabby to watch the neighbors: D. We also have a large balcony facing south (to the list road). So if you want to get brown in Stuttgart this year, you are right here. With a floor heating we can also be flexible.

The apartment also includes a common washing room (in the EC), in which our washing machine and dryer stand as well as an additional, closed cellar room. You can park your bike in the bike room and underground car park and lift make your move in easier; D.

In der oberen Etage ist unser Wohn-/Essbereich und die Küche mit Biancas lieblings Gadget (unserer neuen Heißluftfritöse :D) und Janniks Sprößlingen 🌱 hier ist ausreichend Platz für gemeinsame Kochsessions, zum chillen, Film gucken, feiern oder ganz schwäbisch die Nachbarn zu beobachten :D. Außerdem haben wir einen nach Süden (zur Liststraße) ausgerichteten großen Balkon. Also falls du dieses Jahr in Stuttgart braun werden möchtest bist du hier genau richtig ^^. Ah mit ner Fußbodenheizung können wir auch noch flexen ^^.

Zur Wohnung gehört zudem noch ein gemeinsamer Waschraum (im EG), in dem unsere Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen sowie ein zusätzlicher, geschlossener Kellerraum. Dein Fahrrad kannst du im Fahrradraum parken und Tiefgarage und Aufzug erleichtern dir den Einzug ;D.

We currently live in the WG, which is Bianca, Malte and Jannik. Our Nerdi Malte will unfortunately leave us for a new job in Heidelberg at the beginning of March and accordingly your entry could be between the 15.03.and 01.04.

The most important part: D your future roommate:

Jannik our natural-related hobby gardener, 25 years old, and has been living in our WG since November. He is currently writing his bachelor's thesis in a Stuttgart company and in order to get a cool head he jumps into the ice bath in the morning. Where you can work for yourself at any time: D. One thing is safe with him, good mood and motivation for joint ventures.

Grandma Bianca, energy-charged power woman is 31 and works with the city of Stuttgart and currently does her PhD. She's always on the axis, whether you're sports, traveling or meeting friends, where you're always welcome to join.

So you can find the perfect combination of game, fun and adventure with us. We are not a purpose WG and are therefore looking for a * n roommate * in, who * has the desire to actively participate in our WG life.

Bianca, Jannik and Malte

Derzeit wohnen wir, das sind Bianca, Malte und Jannik, in der WG. Unser Nerdi Malte wird uns leider für einen neuen Job in Heidelberg zu Anfang März verlassen und dementsprechend könnte dein Einzug zwischen dem 15.03. und 01.04. sein.

Jz zum *hust* wichtigsten Teil :D deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen:

Jannik unser naturverbundener Hobbygärtner, 25 Jahre alt, und wohnt seit November in unserer WG. Er schreibt aktuell an seiner Bachelorarbeit in einem Stuttgarter Unternehmen und um dabei einen kühlen Kopf zu bewaren springt er morgens IMMER ins Eisbad. Wo du selbstverfreilich jederzeit joinen kannst :D. Eines ist bei ihm sicher, gute Laune und Motivation für gemeinsame Unternehmungen.

Grandma Bianca, energiegeladene Powerfrau ist 31 und arbeitet bei der Stadt Stuttgart und macht aktuell ihren PhD. Sie ist immer auf Achse, ob beim sporteln, reisen oder am Freunde treffen, wo du auch immer herzlich eingeladen bist, dich dazuzugesellen.

Du findest mit uns also die perfekte Kombi aus Spiel, Spaß und Abenteuer 😄. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen daher eine*n Mitbewohner*in, der*die Lust hat, sich aktiv in unser WG-Leben einzubringen.
