Dein neues Zimmer mit charmantem Giebel-Charme befindet sich in einem der schönsten Häuser, das Untertürkheim zu bieten hat. Neben dem Blick auf die Weinberge & Grabkapelle vom Küchenfenster aus, kannst du deine Augen auf vielen schönen Sonnenuntergängen ausruhen, die dein Zimmer in "orange & rot für immer" erleuchten werden.
Da das Zimmer unmöbliert ist, kannst du dich austoben!

Ein Teil des Gartens darf mitbenutzt werden🙂

We enjoy every day the fantastic (yes, honestly fantastic!) location of our WG.
A: View from the kitchen to the historical grave chapel. At the tired first coffee of the day, she greets us with her whole beauty. From the bathroom you also have a view of the green (now in winter frescoing) width of the vineyards. They invite you to small, cozy walks or motivated jogging inserts.

Evidence B: 5 minutes walking is the country of sale with everything you need for life. In addition, a baker, a stationery store and the construction market are, if one of the DIY urges is over.

Last piece of evidence: In less than 10 minutes walking (Sarah measures in bicycle minutes) is the Untertürkheim station. By metro, S-Bahn, Döner, pharmacy and the whole floating Untertürkheimer-City-life ;)

We are:

Mengdi: She works as a traffic planner and welcomes everyone with a smile on the face. With impressive motivation, she regularly explores the vineyards and likes to play Badminton, paints and cooks.

Frederic: He works at DB and has a potential for construction sites and architecture. He takes care of his plants, like to celebrate or to the theatre. He's got the swing out with funny conversations and surprised with his way of listening to music.

Sarah: She is a creative user experience designer who hopefully soon revolutionizes the world of medicine and, in addition to new-covered hobbies (seven prints, goldsmiths, potters..) also has fun side jobs that always bring one or other very funny anecdote. In addition to the internet, it is still event-screen, knows about the next events in and around Stuttgart and is always available for interesting, fun or cultural events.

Alex: His great passion is football. To serve the cliché, he has a weakness for word sweats that are really beyond good & evil. He invites his batteries through social interactions and is always on the football pitch where he sweeps over the lawn.

We are a relaxed WG and have a cleaning plan. We can use the garden in part.

Personal recommendation:
It is easy to reach on foot the island swimming pool Untertürkheim. In the summer perfect place for chilling, enjoying ice and letting soul dangle.

To the grave chapel you need 30min

The landlord is a very nice person and makes the whole garden

Among us is a WG with 4 people

Washing machine is 5 months old

New dishwasher has now been installed in November this year

Cats are not allowed in the WG

Anyone who has read the text up to here is certainly looking for the dream beach: We too. But we firmly believe that the Neckar will soon become a recreation area.
