Vineyard WG looking for roommates Weinberg WG sucht Mitbewohner*in

Our WG is located at the foot of the Rotenberg and is like a winery belongs to all sides surrounded by vines. From the Terasse there is a wonderful view over Stuttgart and the Neckartal. The surroundings offer an ideal quiet recreation area for every outdoor friend and hiking bird :)

We live like the description suggests something remote from shops and services. During the day this is not a problem because the bus is very reliable three times the hour approx. 5 minutes walk from the apartment. After Untertürkheim to the railway station or for shopping you need approx. 5-10 minutes, the University of Stuttgart is about 40 minutes. However, the bus stops driving relatively fast after 00:00. Those who like to travel late will either occasionally take a taxi in Untertürkheim (about 12€ per ride) or have to walk (about 2 km or 20-25 min).

Unsere WG liegt am Fuße des Rotenbergs und ist wie es sich für ein Weingut gehört zu allen Seiten umgeben von Weinreben. Von der Terasse eröffnet sich ein wunderbarer Blick über Stuttgart und das Neckartal. Die Umgebung bietet für jeden Outdoorfreund und Wandervogel ein ideales ruhiges Naherholungsgebiet :)

Wir leben wie die Beschreibung vermuten lässt etwas abgelegen von Läden und Dienstleistungen. Tagsüber ist das kein Problem, da der Bus sehr zuverlässig drei mal die Stunde ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt von der Wohnung abfährt. Nach Untertürkheim zum Bahnhof oder zum Einkauf braucht man dann ca. 5-10 Minuten, zur Uni Stuttgart sind es etwa 40 Minuten. Allerdings fährt der Bus nach 00:00 relativ schnell nicht mehr. Wer gerne spät unterwegs ist wird sich also entweder gelegentlich in Untertürkheim ein Taxi nehmen (ca. 12€ pro Fahrt) oder laufen müssen (ca. 2 km oder 20-25 min).

We are a couple who, until recently, lived with a good friend of us in the WG. This is now moving to Bremen for professional reasons, which is why we are now looking for someone new. :

Alexander plays hobby music (Ukulele and E-bass), likes to draw and loves board games as well as Pen and Paper (currently Savage Worlds). He also appreciates a good cocktail and the little fine things in life. He likes to explore Stuttgart and surroundings on foot and by bike. He also likes fancy party outfits. He currently works as a 3D artist in Esslingen.

Maik is passionate gardener, has many room plants and likes to play video games. He likes to cook asian, but is(s)t as a whole enjoys experimentation. Besides, he likes to make and crochet. Maik is currently working in the retail trade in Königsbau in Stuttgart.

We had an active WG life so far and would be happy to join it. We cook (and grill in summer) like to play board games and sit together in the evening with a drink of choice:) If you're new to the city, we'll be happy to show you some interesting places.

Wir sind ein Paar, das bis vor kurzem noch mit einem guten Freund von uns in der WG gelebt hat. Dieser zieht nun aus beruflichen Gründen nach Bremen, weswegen wir nun jemanden Neues suchen. :)

Alexander spielt hobbymäßig Musik (Ukulele und E-bass), zeichnet gerne und liebt Brettspiele sowie Pen and Paper (aktuell Savage Worlds). Außerdem schätzt er einen guten Cocktail und die kleinen feinen Dinge im Leben. Er erkundet gerne Stuttgart und Umgebung zu Fuß und mit dem Rad. Außerdem mag er gerne ausgefallene Partyoutfits. Aktuell arbeitet er als 3D Artist in Esslingen.

Maik ist leidenschaftlicher Gärtner, besitzt viele Zimmerpflanzen und spielt gerne Videospiele. Er kocht gerne asiatisch, is(s)t aber insgesamt experimentierfreudig. Außerdem bastelt und häkelt er gerne. Maik arbeitet zur Zeit im Einzelhandel im Königsbau in Stuttgart.

Wir hatten bisher ein aktives WG-Leben und würden uns freuen, daran anzuknüpfen. Wir kochen (und im Sommer grillen) gerne, spielen gerne Brettspiele und sitzen auch so abends mal zusammen bei einem Getränk der Wahl :) Wenn du neu in der Stadt bist, zeigen wir dir auch gerne ein paar interessante Orte.

In general, we wish a person for whom housework is not a foreign word and cleanliness is a matter of course. No one has to be perfect and there's always something to lie around, but in general we still want to feel comfortable in the apartment.

Otherwise we have a heart for annoying and creative people of all kinds, whether LARPer, Cosplayer, Bastler, Musicians, Artists, Pen and Paper Players etc. But no matter what hobby you care, anyway you are sympathetic and open:)

We'd be happy if you come by for a visit. You can get to know each other a little and guess if life could fit.

Generell wünschen wir uns eine Person, für die Hausarbeit kein Fremdwort und Sauberkeit eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Perfekt muss keiner sein und es darf auch immer mal was rumliegen, aber generell wollen wir uns weiterhin wohlfühlen in der Wohnung.

Ansonsten haben wir ein Herz für nerdige und kreative Menschen aller Art, ob LARPer, Cosplayer, Bastler, Musiker, Künstler, Pen and Paper Spieler etc. Aber egal welches Hobby du pflegst, hauptsache du bist sympathisch und offen :)

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du zum Besichtigen persönlich vorbeikommst. So kann man sich schon mal ein wenig kennenlernen und einschätzen, ob das Zusammenleben passen könnte.
