A furnished room for exclusive use is rented as shown. The room is supplied via central heating.

Hallway, kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry room and terrace are common areas with right to use. All common areas are fully equipped (including dishwasher, dishes, 5 washing machines in the laundry room).

It is a 5' WG, the roommates are 3 trainees (2 x m + 1 x w) and a student (w). An apprentice will take off at the end of March, then a new roommate will be sought.

ALL furniture must stay in the room, that is not negotiable. Additional furniture is not a problem, but the existing furniture must not be disassembled.

The house is located near the U13 (about 5 min walk) and S1 (about 10 min walk) in a quiet, friendly residential settlement. A resident parking card can be applied for 3 months, 6 months or 1 year for the main residence registration online at the city of Stuttgart. Annual price €30.70. A few streets are available free of charge without ID.
The main railway station is about 20 min
The campus Vaihingen is approx. 30 min
After Feuerbach it is about 25 min

A supermarket is about 10 minutes walk away. There are several pharmacies in the town, general and specialist doctors as well. Nearby vineyards and greenery in the surroundings invite you to hiking or cycling. Excursion destinations are also easily accessible.

There are 2 covered bicycle stands and behind the house an inviting fully equipped barbecue terrace incl. Wooden bar grills and seating. A garden part with trees and shrubs is also included.

There are 4 WG`s (total of 16 rooms)

All students living in the WG house, trainees, interns and also the newly added are looking forward to open-minded roommates. You can be for yourself or be friends with the other housers, it is a beautiful community.

There are shared WG evenings and organised trips, you can take the initiative yourself. The common rooms are clean and tidy, partly with and without a cleaning plan and invite you to feel good. Keeping clean is part of the rental agreement and is controlled if necessary without notice.

The rental period is a maximum of 4 years, the rent is not increased despite increasing energy costs during the rental period.
