my 13sqm room will be released in our sweet 3s WG. The room is facing south, you have plenty of light in the room all day. The room has its own heating, there is a roller shutter and enough space for everything you need - I always felt very comfortable here. 🦦Trotz roof bevels have many possibilities, most of my pre-rents: inside the bed had standing under the roof bevels, so you can thaw yourself! :)
Dressage, shelves, desk and bed with slatted pink I took over from my pre-rent (which had bought them new for the room, are now 3 years old) and would like to leave them for 500€ (treatable) in the room :)
The apartment is well located. The residential area is rather quiet but you are located in 15 minutes at the Schwabengalerie, in which you can find Kaufland, Aldi, dm and Cafés as well as other shops. By bike you will be at the HdM in 5-10 minutes and in 15 minutes at the campus Vaihingen at the University of Stuttgart - so if you are a student, you will be perfectly located if you like to sleep longer in the morning! 😎
You don't have to go to town too. Within a 4-minute walk you can take the bus lines 81 (Heerstraße stop) or 84 ( Tigerstraße stop) to the Vaihinger railway station. These are by bus approx. 5-10 minutes (you can also relax by bike to the train station) and from there you can take the S-Bahn or the U14 to the city. With the S-Bahn you are in the middle of the city in about 10-15 minutes and with the U14 you are in about 15 minutes in the south of Stuttgart, where there are many cafés, bars and restaurants!
Even if it becomes late in the evening, you get to the apartment super well - the night bus N1 stops right at the front of the Heerstraße and on the weekend you will also drive the S-Bahn.
Your new roommates are Bene (28) and Rebecca (26). Both are super sweet and always have for a chat in the kitchen. Bene is a research assistant at the University of Stuttgart and Rebecca is studying “Library and Digital Information” at the HdM.🕺
Bene is therefore working and especially to be found in the WG at night, he likes to go boulders, plays passionate guitar and loves muzzles. Through his job, he's on his way sometimes and as he's always moving to his home, he's more often in Augsburg on weekends. If you need a karaoke partner you are at the right place at Bene :)
Rebecca is a typical student and can be found either in the WG or the HdM. She cooks and bakes great pleasure (the WG has a dough machine thanks to her), likes to listen to music (mainly metal) and reads a lot (as it belongs as a book mouse). If you want to make noodles yourself, Rebecca is the perfect contact person :)
Both have a lot of WG experience and are relaxed roommates: inside. We are not a purpose WG, like to cook together and like to chat in the kitchen or in our hallway, so you should be open to it. Nevertheless (as in fact everywhere) everyone has its space and can retreat. We also have a cleaning plan - so super if cleaning is not a foreign word for you ;)
The WG also has 2 cellar compartments and together with the other housers: we share a laundry room in which our washing machine stands and a heating room where we hang up our laundry.
The WG kitchen is not lacking, so you don't have to bring cutlery or dishes (if you want to bring something specific, you'll find something for everything or a place) :) We also have a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, a coffee machine and a sodastream, if you love Sprudel like me;) For the WG equipment, you would have to pay me a one-off payment of 80€, which you can ask if you withdraw from the renting person. 🕺
