Bright and central furnished WG room.
Cabinet and sofa stay in the room, the rest can be exchanged or taken over.
The room is not directly in the apartment, but is accessible from the hallway. The door is located right next to the apartment door (see picture)
The apartment is on the first floor of a multi-family house, apart from the WG only the apartment of the landlords is still in the house.
The WG is centrally located in Vaihingen.
1 min walk to the Schwabengalerie (Kaufland, Aldi, Dm etc.).
You can reach the university or HdM by bus in 5 minutes (stop 50m from the house).
Vaihingen Train Station (S-Bahn) and Fauststraße (U-Bahn Station) are within a 10-minute walk, so also very good connections to the city centre.
The WG was founded only in September and is therefore still quite new.
Currently living in the WG:
- Justus (20, Student Aerospace Technology)
- Florian (23, Student Fahrzeugtechnik)
- Johannes (23, Student Technology Management)
The WG life with us is quite relaxed. From time to time we do something together in the evening, therefore no purpose WG.
Ideally, you have to stay longer in Stuttgart.
GEZ and internet costs are shared evenly between us.
We also have a cleaning plan by app.
There is a garage parking space for bicycles.
