Ab 1. März wird in unserer geräumigen 3er-WG ein Zimmer frei, da Felix Praktikum zu Ende geht.
Dein Zimmer (ca. 12 qm) ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und hat noch viel Entfaltungspotential:)
Ansonsten teilen wir uns ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon (10qm Südseite), Küche mit Spülmaschine und getrenntes WC und Bad.
Als Special haben wir einen großen Garten (Nord + Süd) zum gärtnerisch Austoben :)

From March 1st, a room will be available in our spacious 3-person shared apartment. Your room (approx. 12 square meters) faces west and still has a lot of potential for development:)
Otherwise we share a very large living room with a large balcony (10 sqm south side), kitchen with dishwasher and separate toilet and bathroom.
As a special we have a large garden (north + south) with capacity for selfrealization

Unsere WG liegt schön gelegen in Vaihingen-Dachswald, direkt am Waldrand mit toller Panoramaaussicht!
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 7 min zur S-Bahnhaltestelle / Universität Stuttgart Vaihingen. Von hier nur 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof.
Nach Stuttgart Süd kommt man auch problemlos mit dem Rad oder der U-Bahn in nur 15 min (z. B. zum Marienplatz)

In heaven (literally the road)
Our shared apartment is beautifully located in Vaihingen-Dachswald, right on the edge of the forest with a great panoramic view!
By bike it is only 7 minutes to the S-Bahn stop / University of Stuttgart Vaihingen. From here it's only 10 minutes to the main train station.
You can easily get to Stuttgart South by bike or subway in just 15 minutes (e.g. to Marienplatz)
Wir (Julius und Philipp) sind eine entspannte gesellige Studierenden-WG die gerne zusammen Zeit verbringt.
Julius (27) studiert im Master Umweltschutztechnik und ich (23) nachhaltige elektrische Energieversorgung.
In unserer Freizeit sind wir beide sehr aktiv und unternehmungslustig!
Ob gemeinsamen bouldern, kochen oder einfach mal zwischendurch schnacken, ein familiäres harmonisches zusammenleben ist uns wichtig.
Natürlich haben alle auch ihre Freiräume, wir arbeiten beide auch nebenbei und gerade in den Klausurenphasen wird es sicherlich etwas ruhiger.

Julius (27) is studying a master's degree in environmental protection technology and I (23) are studying sustainable electrical energy supply.
In our free time we are both very active and adventurous!
Whether bouldering together, cooking or simply having a chat every now and then, a harmonious family life is important to us.
Of course, everyone has their freedom, we both work part-time and things will certainly be a little quieter, especially during exam periods.
