The apartment is located in the 1st OG and is currently completely renovated. The rooms and the apartment are nicely bright, freshly painted and equipped with a new flooring. Pure room areas are: approx. 12, 13, 14 and 20 square meters and thus have different rental prices from 410 to 520 € cold plus approx. Electricity costs.

The open, light-flooded living/dining/kitchen area has over 40 sqm and is fully furnished to the tenants. In the new kitchen you can cook and eat alone or together. The fitted kitchen is equipped with all electric appliances such as dishwasher, ceramic hob, large refrigerator and freezer.
